Thanks for the tibbit o' porn there. After all, who doesn't like free porn. After looking at the signup page, I note that you have to call an 800 number in order to cancel (don't know if that's entirely true or not but it's what the fine print says). Still, sounds like it might be worth checking out if the trial is not limited (no mention of full access on the signup page).

I never have had any problem cancelling online. Once you log in, you can go to member services and it'll give you a list of all active & cancelled services and you can cancel from there. And so far, I see no difference between the free month and the access I had before when I was a member.

In the past I've called in to cancel. They are very friendly and allow the cancel with no hassle. They'll typically drop the cost of a monthly membership to $7.95 or $9.95 which is a really good price!
