Sorry but that is absolutely rubbish.
We have an excellent customer service with 100% track record at customerservice@grooby.com who can get you sorted out with any problem in under 24 hrs. You wouldn't get a refund after 3 days membership as their is nothing wrong with the site.
There should be no broken downloads and the videos are working well. We have over 1500 happy members on this site and 10,000's more across our network.
Contact me at admin@grooby.com with your subscription number or email address and I'll reset your username for another month, or give you a month on one of our other websites to try.
