Pros:

- Beautiful European Models
- Good solo sets with nice dildo and machine content
- Not too much shouting 'FUCK ME' at the camera
- Archive is really big
- 2 Updates per day
- When you cancel they let you keep your membership until the end of the period you have paid for - that's fair.
- Good customer service
- Very good video download options

Cons:

- In the past month nearly 2 out of 3 updates is the old archive being reposted in a higher quality - so that is old content guys!
- Nowhere near as imaginative sets as some of the competiion... and they don't seem to react on your suggestions.
- NO bonus content (one ALS set now and then is not enough!)
- A lot of this content also appears on DDF's sister sites
- Slow downloads in the archive
- No short term full trial - a two membership would be cool.
- They recently tried to cover up their re-posting of the archive sets by removing access to it! .... Honestly!
- Too expensive ... when compared with the competition.

Bottom Line:

Maybe I'm being too tough eh?

No, this is a site I waited for a long time to join, and I was dissapointed in the end. The bottom line for this review is that I find it unacceptible for a site to pass off resolution improvements for real updates and use the same content on more than one site. Yeah, I know a lot of companys do that, but its not fair. A real update in my book is going out and shooting new material. This site needs to get its act together if its going to stay in the top ten.

Right now it is only worth joining for one month to download the current content. When they start uploading new content every day; reply to members' ideas and suggestions; and don't use the same content in all their sites - then I would re-join.

To be specific, I suggested a couple of alternatiev settings like a shop, train carriage and a bakery - nothing extreme - and heard nothing and saw nothing. I was a member for 3 months and only saw an increase in the amount of archive material being re-posted.

I am giving the site a rank of 69 beacause that means "It needs work!". Normally, this is a really good site. I can read in other reviews that they have good customer support which I agree with. One day I had access problems which too 12 hours to fix. Thats good. However, not listening to comments, wishes and suggestions is really a shame. If you're not going to use it, kindly remove the 'comments' box. I have been a member of their main competitor site and they showed everyone's comments and posted replys to most of them.

In conclusion, I can recommend several sets. The Double Dildo sets were my favorite - especially with CIndy. The Machine sets are good too and nowhere as extreme as some other sites where its just plain ugly.

A very sexy site that is currently under performing. I wiill gladly re-join when they have finished re-posting their archive and stopped using the same material on DDF Busty and other sites. I hope you are reading this DDf and listening to the constructive criticism. Maybe then I'll re-review the site and give them the score they used to get.

1	exotics4me (463)	I will give you this much, there does seem to be some site sharing content between the DDF sites and I don't understand why they are doing that either. Things I don't agree with at all. Anyone can take a look at their site right now and see 30 new updates since January with 40 or so reloaded updates that are remastered and of a much higher quality, but you say, "I was a member for 3 months and only saw an increase in the amount of archive material being re-posted." As much as you don't think that is fair that they do remaster and re-release content, they are not hiding it from anyone. You can easily see from the cover of each set if it is reloaded and can see that in their preview before joining. And if the original was 512 high end and in parts and the new is 1280 high end, and in full scenes, it is new in that sense. I was one of the first ones to complain about the archive removal in January, but I wouldn't say they hid it or covered up. I have an email from them that explains in full that they removed the archive and it came with a link where I could still access the archive. Where your review jumped out at me was when you said, "I have been a member of their main competitor site and they showed everyone's comments and posted replys to most of them." Who is their main competitor? I noticed that the two family of sites that I generally consider the top two in Euro porn, 1byday/DDF and Pix and Video/21st Sextury BOTH received a bad review and a bad comment from you. It just made me wonder with so many untruthful parts in both if maybe you had a connection to the main competitors site that you mentioned. I guess it also looked strange to see a complaint and con, and would assume a removal of points for them not responding to requests for different settings. I didn't even know 1byday offers members the chance to pick the setting. Even more so, I don't even know what a "train carriage" is, a bakery and shop, would sound like settings from a niche/fetish site. Again, I am sorry if I am wrong, but I know for a fact that most of the things you say here are not true and the things you say in your comment about Pix and Video's site isn't true either, and I know that I can't be wrong about those parts that aren't true. Between the two, I felt like I had no choice but to change my trust vote from yes to no. PixAndVideo/21st Sextury - they put out similar content, euro-glamour stuff with no american style dirty talk KarupsPC - similar content ATKgalleria - similar content GlamourModelsGoneBad - similar content Considering these 5 similar sites I would rank them as follows: #1) 1by-day - more download format options, better layout, good update schedule. Also have to applaud their dedication to keeping all archived content available and remastering it #2) pix and video - similar to 1by-day, just not too hot on the login process and the lack of download format options #3) KarupsPC - of the three remaining sites, KarupsPC is the best. layout not as good as 1byday or PaV, but better than ATK and GMGB, ditto on update schedule #4) ATK - it is more similar to KarupsPC than anything. Certainly better than GMGB #5) GMGB - decent site, with some original content, just the layout is mediocre as is the update schedule.	02-17-09 07:26pm Reply To Message
