Membership Problems

Anybody have membership issues like me???

I purchased a trial membership, but then I found out I wasn't able to see any video, only pics. But then Bangbros billed me for a full-access membership, so I think I've got access to everything.

Cool, right? No.

Thinking I have full access (which I didn't even request, or pay for on my own) I tried to check out the "Meet Serena" Facial Fest episode. When I clicked for the movie, it told me that movies aren't available for trial members. Trial members? I was billed for full access. WTF?

Time and time again, the Bangbros network is disappointing me. Sure, they have some good content, but what good is it if I can't even look at it? On top of that they're nickel-and-diming me for things I can't get. Arrrgggh.

 badandy400 (103) Did you try contacting them to see what the issue is? If they know the issue is there I am sure they would have no problem updating your membership. I would probably ask for the lost time though. You should not have to pay for a month of full access and only get two weeks or whatever.

 Monahan (38) Candidly, I lost interest in BangBros when they pulled a price bait & switch, but mine was a promised discount listed on PU that billed at the full rate. Their response to my email complaining about it simply said that the discount wasn't authorized and that they had no idea who Porn Users is.

I had been a member for a few months a few years ago and was OK but was not motivated to continue my membership. They've got some babes in exclusive videos that, at the phantom discount, would have kept me on as a member for several months.

I really don't understand the logic in a site being belligerent with its customers. It's rare, fortunately.
