Good points and taken in. I'm now getting all the new videos and pictures scanned to bigger sizes. Am thinking of giving a FLV version that will cover all needs. They will be for all. The two sites you listed don't have 1000 videos, easier to do with 500. I am increasing the number of videos on the site though.
Going back and editing the masters again?
Big job and needs planning. I'm thinking about it, more videos or bigger videos?

I would prefer not to use FLV. Not exactly my favorite file type. Any more you have to have good clarity in videos and picture. As a user that is a high priority when looking at a site that covers a common niche. If you had a more obscure niche then you could get away with lower quality, but that is not the case here. Quality sells!
