Actually, the email link for customer service, cancellations and tech support is clearly displayed on the join form, the terms and conditions page, in the membership confirmation email sent out upon joining, and in the customer service area inside the members area. We also have links to netbilling's self-service area in which you can cancel.
We aim to please, but please be kind and look before posting to the boards. The email links are right next to the phone number...;-)

To be fair.....at this time it is not hard to find the cancellation information (easiest from the "join" page). If there was a problem it now seems solved.
