Ok, I see my emails under my "Sent" box to both bellasupport and email@example.com. So I am very confused as to why you would say you haven't received any emails from me (unless those email addresses aren't the correct ones anymore.)
Regardless, I never intended to have a drawn out argument here. I subscribed because I thought the content was worthwhile, and during the brief time that I had access, it still seemed worthwhile. So, I wanted to have a subscription with access, and still do.

I am glad to finally get a reply. I do not know what I did either, but I'm glad to get a response finally after more than 10 days. Unfortunately it had to be done in a public forum instead of professionally through email. I have been a member of other sites and have never been banned - ever. Thank you to the forum for helping get in touch with someone at this site for a resolution to my query.
Honestly, I don't have a problem with reasonable download limits. What bothered me was your response. You probably tried to explain why you use download limits on your site. That's cool, but I think you got way too defensive way too quickly, ranting about not being the customers' slave just because they are not capable of informing themselves, site ripping and account sharing.
Even if the user might have been doing something wrong you should still treat him with respect and say you will look into it instead of publicly accusing him of all kinds of wrong doing. It's rude and doesn't make you or your company look good, as you might have noticed.
Knowing how to run a website and knowing how to deal with customers are two different things. The latter isn't always easy or pleasant and requires a lot of patience. You don't have to smile, you don't have to kiss somebodies ass, you have to be professional. And, of course, you need to have excellent communication skills. You are complaining that people here twist your words and interpret your statements out of context. It's most likely because you didn't find the right way to express what you wanted to say. You should probably think about hiring someone for this job because this has been a complete disaster so far.

No, but you are supposed to do your job. Treating your customers with respect is a part of that even if you think their problems/questions are stupid or the information can be found on your website. What you shouldn't do is blaming them every time there is an issue and acting like it's beneath you to deal with it because "the server is always right" and they could have read the ToS. That's just bad customer support. I haven't worked in community management for 18 years, so perhaps I'm not as experienced as you are. But no member of my team would ever act like this because they know they'd be fired.

It is not my job to alert you when you screw up, it's your job to read the site guidelines and stay within them. If you get suspended once, you're back in 24 hours *unless* you were trying to site rip
You keep insisting that people should read your ToS but it seems like you haven't read them yourself. It says: if you go over this limit your membership will be suspended for 48 hours. If you get suspended at one site and immiedatly start mass downloading and get suspended from a second site in the same day, your membership will be suspended for 10 days
I think that's pretty ridiculous. Hitting the daily download limit isn't a screw up. Most people have fast internet connections and HD files can be pretty big. Naturally, your users will not always manage to download exactly 20GB and not a single byte more than that. I really don't think they should be punished for that. Certainly not with a 48 hour suspension.

What does ripping a site even mean. After all people pay to download the content. If they want to download every single video, so be it. Who gives a fuck as long as they don't make the content available for others.
People don't always share their passwords voluntarily. It's really not that difficult to hack the login information for a porn site, because some people are too stupid to secure a server properly. I've also noticed that some sites don't even allow secure password.
So perhaps they don't admit to breaking the sites terms because they didn't.
Some sites suck, and you get shitty low res content, bad videos or they split updates over 2 or 3 or 4 weeks. part1, part2, part3 crap. We don't do that. we bring great content week after week for multiple girls and we don't ask that you sign up multiple times.
Yeah, some sites do suck. But I could name at least 15 networks that offer access to multiple sites with daily high quality updates for the same price. You are really not that special.
I don't know anything about your site at all. I have no idea what the niche is, what the content is like, or anything. Having read this, I do know I would never ever join it, if it was the last site on earth.

Thanks for your response. It removes any doubt that might have existed about how you feel about your customers. At least you're upfront and direct which permits other potential subscribers to know what to expect.

I can only assume that you were using this opportunity to let any who may even think about crossing your lines in the sand that they will surely be punished publicly regardless of circumstances. I'm sure you'll always take the position that the customer is always wrong.
One thing is certain, you won't have me signing up so you won't need to worry about whether I will violate your TOS. I make it a practice to sign up with sites that are happy to have me as a customer and will try to keep me as a customer for the long term.

Dude, all I have been saying is that anti-piracy is not a valid argument (just say you don't offer zips and won't, don't back it up with some garbage), check some torrents for scenes from this site, shit is not hard to find for free. Zips are not a deal breaker for me, douche attitudes certainly are.
You are punishing your members but not offering zips, plain and simple - if you admit it is something they would prefer, and you choose not to do it as you think it will "prevent" piracy, you are punishing them. My point with the software being available to download all the photos on a thumbnail page is that I'm sure site rippers would use these types of applications, but average users don't know they exist or can't use them. If you are really that concerned about piracy, why allow downloads of videos, which as you claim is what most people want anyway? Either way, I find the lack of zips to prevent piracy argument a bit bogus, and I am guessing it wouldn't be hard to find full sets from your site somewhere, I just don't feel like wasting my time looking.
Not trying to be combative, and I am glad you are a responsive webmaster, I would just consider adding this feature, I think the positives would far outweigh the potential negatives.
I'm not really sure what you're saying is not correct? The feedback loop comment? I do agree with much of the other stuff you said here, though (except the HD thing. 720p is still HD by every definition of the phrase. Hell, technically, 721x481 would be HD). Especially the fact that the customer isn't always right. I've worked in retail for way too long to actually believe that. I think as long as it's fairly obvious that you're primarily a video site with photos also, you're not doing anything at all wrong.
Also, if you check my reviews, I'm a video guy. Always have been, always will be. So your sites lack of zip files wouldn't bother me at all. Without really knowing much about your sites/network, I don't' know whether I would join or not (I've never joined a single model site/network yet), but this wouldn't be an issue that persuades me either way.
Sorry for jumping in on this heated discussion late, but I really don't buy the excuse of no zips prevent piracy, especially given the fact that you say most people interested in your site just want videos.
Fact of the matter is, there are lots of image downloading packages available that can find all links on a thumbnail page and download them, I have never been a member of your site, so can't verify that any of these would work, but given that you state the images are linked on individual pages, I would assume they would), so it would not make site ripping that much more difficult. I think most sites that don't offer zips do so to try to get photo fans to hang around longer to dig through it all (Club Seventeen did this as well, and I am almost certain that is the reason). Policies like this punish paying subscribers, to get at pirates, and I doubt are all that successful (I doubt most pirates would have ever been paying customers anyway).
As indeed you did yourself also promoting another site in your reply. I think its time to draw a line under this conversation and just agree to disagree on the zips and regional pricing issues. No need to make everyone happy as long as you make your paying customers happy and I'm not one of them so no need to apologise and don't worry I don't feel at all frustrated over saving myself $37 not joining a site without zip downloads. That is the great thing about Pornusers that by sharing our experiences and frustrations with paysites through reviews and comments we can perhaps save others from the same frustration. Anyway I've just recieved a promo email from Met Art so I can have 2 months there with the money I've saved not joining your site, Met Art a site that continues to prosper and update 4 new photo sets per day despite the fact "nobody really cares about photos anymore" :-)
