Hey Messmer I just wanted to give you a little more information.
We receive all of our content, including Aunt Judy's, in HD. We receive it via tape, disk and ftp.
All videos that go up on the sites with the exception of archives have a HD version.
mobile 852x480 @ 1mbps
SD 852x480 @ 2.2mbps
HD 1920x1080p @ 6mpbs
WMV 852x480 @ 2.2mpbs
852x480 is the resolution you see when you watch a DVD presented in widescreen.
Looking at our competitors, no others offer both true 1080p with such a high frame rate.
We get content from many different providers so depending on their own equipment movies will not look or feel the same from one model to the next.
We do not limit downloaders. We used too a couple years ago when we were with a different company but we are no longer with them so you should have no issues with us limiting how much you download. I am sure you have a good internet connection but that connection would be the only thing that would present limits to you.

Thank you Messmer for your comments. I will send them to Kim, Matt and Luke right away. I know we had some issues with the ages but we are working on a filter that will solve that problem.
I do not have all of the answers for you right now but I want you to know that we are working on getting the site in good working order and we of course are listening to the members and future members.
I hope you will give us a shot to prove to you that we will take care of this site as we do our others. If you need anything just let me know.

Hey Messmer thanks for the message. Yes,as of yesterday ATKingdom has taken control of AuntJudys.com We are very excited about the new site and we hope that it brings more of what our members are looking for in the way of Mature Content.

Sorry I did not reply I must have missed this one. I am still here. We currently post Galleria and Hairy on Archives. With the exception that if it is a woman of color they go on Exotics. Exotics material is never moved to Archives. The reason we do not move Premium content over is it is one of the smaller sites and if we move content over we will never be able to build the site up.
I understand your point and I will bring it up at our next meeting so Kim is aware of what our members are asking about. I am sorry I do not have a better solution or answer to your question.

Premium provides a more in depth potrayal of a model than the Galleria.
The model bio is more detailed, the sets are on average of higher quality and the range of sets is larger, from artistic to the hardcore niches. The hardcore video in Premium is organized around skits, as we do for Petites.

I will try to explain this as best as possible. We do not put Exotics on Archives because our members like to keep them separate. They do not like to see the Exotics models on the others sites that is why we keep them archived to the Exotics site. We get complaints when we have exotic models on hairy and so forth.
As far as Premium the is not as large as the others so we like to keep the material for Premium only on Premium.
We have decided not to do a mature site right now but all of our mature models (those over 30) all go on Hairy. That is why you see gallery trades with All Over 30 on there.

Capn' is right as usual. The content has to be at least 4 years old before it is moved to Archives.
However, not all content goes to Archives. If the model is labeled as exotic no matter which site she is on or how old the material is it will be moved to the Exotics site. We do not move Exotic girls to the Archives site.
We also do not move content from Premium to Archives. And of course Petites is too new to have anything moved over.

The cam shows can be accessed by anyone that has a membership to any of the sites no matter which site the model is from.
The Premium site is for those that like more glam in their photo shoots. The girls have on more make up and they do a scripted skit as well.

While this is a great idea it would be hard to implement with the different billing companies we use and such.
We are currently working on an idea that would give our members a chance to earn free memberships, discounted members and other items of interest.
We have been doing a lot of work with N&H lately as most of you can tell. We are still working on some new features that are in testing and should be released in a couple weeks. This is just one of the things we are working on for the further enjoyment of our members.

It's me again. I hope everyone has been doing great. We have been very busy at ATK and I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you for taking a fresh look at the site for us. We are always interested in our members thoughts about the site.
I wanted to address on thing in the review and that is the different sizes in the thumbnails. We are going to launch a redesign of the site in about 3 weeks. The bigger thumbnails you are seeing is going to be the new size on the redesign. We made the decision to start creating the new thumbs now so there will be less thumbs we have to change when the site is launched. I hope that makes sense.
I completely understand your point about them not matching or lining up correctly but it is just a temporary issue.

When you purchase a trial offer for another site it is a full access trial. We do not hold anything back. That way you can see all of the material we have to offer and you can make a decision on whether to get a monthly subscription or not. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Where are you sending your customer service emails too? Our customer support team is always on top of answering each and every email that comes in. I have been out of the office with the flu for the past few days.
As far as the cost, we do not bill per minute like others sites do but per movie. The price of the movie is based on the content. Of course masturbation movies will be more expensive than behind the scenes and hardcore will be more than masturbation. If you notice we also have $5 and $10 options that were added when a member asked for them.
I can assure you that our IT team is not the three stooges as I have been told they are employed somewhere else. We have one of the most top notch IT teams in the business. When you are dealing with as many outside factors as we are it is always easy to place the blame on our team. When in fact it could be local internet providers, hubs the connections go through and over taxed servers through other carriers. I am not shifting the blame on anyone else but I am stating that our team is up many late nights working to ensure our members get a fast and reliable connection.
Long story short we do everything we can to make our sites what our members want. We added $5 and $10 options after a member asked us to. We can not please every one all of the time but we hope that we please some of you guys most of the time.
If you tell me what specifically you want to see changed and on what sites I can pass that on to our programmers. We listen to our members and give our members credit for all of the changes we have made to our sites. I hope this gives you some hope that we are doing every thing we can to make our members happy.

Hi everyone,
Where do I begin???? We have had issues the last few days with our hardware at the company that houses our servers. They are replacing all of our hardware starting at about 1pm Pacific time today. It will take most of the day tomorrow to finish implementing everything.
They are telling us this will solve the problem so we are going with it. If after everything is changed out and we do not see a difference will take everything back out and start trouble shooting again.
