I am sorry you don't like the new site design. Because it is so different we have found that it has disrupted peoples very established viewing habits. Because of this we are keeping both sites running for the users that prefer the old UI
I want to point out that you can see larger previews on VB3, in fact we increased the preview time and the number of total previews to watch from 3 at 30 seconds to 5 at a minute a piece.

Monthly:
$34.95 for Kink and $15.00 for RK. The release rates you have posted are correct.

As many of you know, VideoBox has rolled out a few new features and we have many more wonderful surprises lined up and on their way. But we hit a snag in our recent release, and we recognize it’s thrown you for a loop.
We have something “evolutionary” on the horizon, and were all ready to roll this new paradigm shift out last week. We found some issues that made us think twice about it’s maturity and readiness. Part of this involved replacing and evolving the ‘mouse-over’ effects you see on scene pages. While we held back the big change, the removal of the mouse-over went live, and nobody told you. Our statistics indicate it’s not a highly used feature, but those of you who do use it let us know that you were surprised to see it disappear.
We’re sorry. It’s not our intention or game plan to change functionality without advising you when it changed. This one slipped through earlier than expected.
Let me emphatically assure you that we have features coming out shortly that’ll replace that in ways that’ll rock your world, and you’ll consider the old mouse-over as having been antiquated and outdated.
Yet for the time being, they’ve disappeared, and we’ve left you hanging. Perhaps literally.
Again, we apologize for any confusion or frustration. It was not intentional, it’s certainly not permanent, and in the coming weeks you’ll see new capabilities that’ll raise the bar and make your VB experience top notch and industry leading.

Hi Nesties,
My apologies for your poor experience with Videobox. Here is a simplified version of what happened. When CCBill passed us your information after you signed up, it told our system to authorize the wrong site; Vipmovieaccess which is simply a VB clone.
I can rectify this situation and get you access to Videobox if you email myself of customer support (csr2@metainterfaces.com)
Regarding the $14.94 price:
The 14.95 price point isn't recognized with Vipmovieaccess. We only recognize that price point for VB from Best Porn. That said we will certainly honor the reviewers special.
Once I again I apologize for the mix up. However, I hope this clears things up and you will want to come and sign up.

Hey Denner,
I read your comments and wanted to clarify a few points you had brought up
Any content from Evil Angel or Vivid is clearly marked with with a badge at the bottom of the box cover or screenshot. You can find this content though search or lists on the site. You can also navigate into these premium areas using the tab navigation. None of the titles on the first page of the tour are Vivid or Evil Angel and we make a point of not seeding the main tour area with these scenes.
While VB does allow you to watch 60 second previews of either premium channel using the flash player you are not allowed to DL anything until you join. In fact all of the DL buttons in the tour area clearly state 'join to download'
There are no blind links once you're in the members areas to upsell customers to the premium channels. And, once you do purchase the channel there is a confirmation page.

I suppose whether $9.95 per month is a high price can be debated, but it is incorrect to say that VideoBox uses DRM. We do not use DRM of any kind on our videos. Ever.

Not sure where the impression that we keep adding midget videos comes from. Because of its large user base with a wide range of interests Videobox tries to offer content that will appeal to everyone. That Being said, we don't focus on oddity content. Here is a list of our last few uploads.

This month you should see some new release stuff from Tight Fit HD. One title, Sex and the Sybian, is a content we have been getting allot of requests for. Thanks for the feedback. You should see a nice upgrade to the quality and density of VideoBox content in the next few months. I don't want to give to much away, but look forward to seeing some 'A- list' studios in the very near future.

We are aware of the problem have bought additional hardware and isp bandwidth to resolve the issue. You should see an improvement starting mid next week. VideoBox doesn't handle the billing process but your biller should be able to handle this for you. Which biller did you use. I will bring up this issue with them.
I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you I hope you can give us a try in the future.

This is Mike at VideoBox. We've been looking into the problems described here and are having difficulty replicating them. While we continue to investigate, I'd like to assure all of our users that we are committed to offer the highest quality encodes to our users we were one of the first sites to put up DVD res videos. As part of our ongoing drive for quality, we are currently implementing a major overhaul of our encoding process and in the coming months will be making new formats available. Stay tuned for our new site launch in late March, we think you will be as excited as we are.
