Some sites "exchange" USD-EUR 1:1. I agree, such regional pricing is not a fair business practice, and we do not do that.
Our aim is not to charge EU users more. We have different currency memberships so that people can pay in their own currency. Some of you professional porn users certainly don't need that, but people new to paysites are more comfortable paying in their own currency, at a fixed monthly price.
We aren't able to adjust packages to the daily fluctuations of exchange rates. When the prices are set, or updated, the USD/EUR memberships are the same cost.

The use of download managers is allowed. A few weeks ago the number of simultaneous threads was limited too much. We changed this settings after your report, so that shouldn't be a problem anymore!
If your download manager doesn't work at all, please try a newer one, that integrates into the browser! Some old download managers don't have this feature, and won't be able to download from our sites.
As for the European speed problems, they only happen for a few certain ISPs, it's not by all means whole Europe. We're located in Europe too, and I get almost 4 mbyte/s from home.
We're always working on fixing speeds for those who're having problems. If you have slow speeds, please send an email to email@example.com with your IP address and a traceroute of www.ddfprod.com if possible.
We allow the usage of download managers. I do not know Download Express. But generally for download managers, you need to use one that integrates into your browser. Copy pasting addresses to an outside program will not work!
I just tested DDF Busty with the download manager I use - the DownThemAll extension for Firefox. I right clicked the movie file, selected "Save link with DownThemAll", and the download started without any problems.
Can you do something similar using your download manager?
Actually thank you for bringing that to our attention. What your experiencing is not intentional and were going to look into that and rectify it immediately. The 1 Month Price should always be present. The 3 Month Price is standard ( Though we are reducing our standard pricing in the coming week or two ). The Yearly price is a 15 year anniversary special which we will have active quite frequently throughout this year. Its a great deal for those who really like our content at less then 10 bucks a month.
We apologize about our high monthly Price....its been like that for a very long time, and I had hoped to drop it quite dramatically before Google dropped the hammer on adult and now we cannot get into the adwords game for traffic. We never relied on that, but found we should try it out to get more traffic to the sites and then be able to justify a nice drop in price. Unfortunately though it didnt affect us much, it affected our affiliates tremendously and with 30% drop in traffic, quite tough to cut our prices in half. So with the yearly at a very low price, thats how were able to regain the income weve lost, and its a great deal for the end consumer who receives about 1,000 exclusive scenes in that time + our archives.
Random changes in pricing are necessary for A-B testing, but we don't do that frequently at all. This is definitely a glitch, and im looking into it right after this reply.
@ Rusty - Well, I wouldnt exactly call it Spamming, and mailing is an integral part of any online business these days for survival. Our mailing list is a double opt in system, with a pretty clear "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. We only currently mail out to expired members who have at least opened 1 email from us, expressed an interest. The deals we provide their are quite Good, and they should always work. If they do not, an email to us would be appreciated, and the discount will always be honored. My personal email is firstname.lastname@example.org

- All the Points you make are quite Valid and the items regarding Cancellation and Customer Service will be Investigated. For the record, we have thousands of Happy Customers each month, and it is very rare that we get complaints about the Cancellation Process, but I will definitely look into that personally, as well as the Download Speeds.

- Search....I'll have tech check that out as well though ive checked Personally, and yes sometimes unrelated items may appear, but for the most part, our search has more options then most other sites provide.

Marketing Manager here at DDF. Thank you for posting this. Actually gave me some ammunition for something Ive wanted to have done for some time now. You are absolutely correct, for the collectors out there, the download Process and name of files has not been the best.
We recently redesigned our Scene Page, and it will be rolled out by the end of this week - Much Cleaner with Built in Player. In the Original plan I had a Tab which displayed the story and had the ability to download the full Size DayPic/Cover, but while on holiday a decision was made to remove it. I also asked to have the files named to that of the actual scene. IT told me that This is supported for content sent out from our servers. However content on CDN does not work the same way and they are working on a solution for that problem. I plan to follow up on this until its done because I believe it is a necessary evolution.
You can also count on the Full Size Day pic being implemented on the download of videos or somewhere else on the scene page. I'll make sure it happens. Your email validates my point, so thank you!
