Can I copy what you wrote in the photographer instructions?
Yes I would like to get the photographers to do many of these things. One of the things that is hard is getting the girl to have a natural but sexy look without overdoing it. This is not something every girl can do when they are brand new and excited about shooting but a bit nervous.
You should shoot yourself, we are seeing more models from UK recently!

That is one of the most detailed reviews I have ever written. Thanks for taking the time to give it such an honest opinion.
I am going to take your advice about the photos having to match the videos too much. Just a few days ago I was talking to some of our photographers and I agree that it is making the photos not as good as they can be. That is something we can work on.
I am not sure if we will go as far to keep all toys out of the pictures but I think still can improve on that a ton to where it no longer seems an issue. I hope to find the right balance of also pleasing the members who like to see toys.
You are correct that the photographer notes are outdated. New stuff has been put in there but older stuff not removed. Lately we have been doing a lot more one on one training as well as screencasts and video training. I am hoping there will be some improvement coming up on that.

Thanks! I will look at those and see how they are rated upon other people and who is still working. I really wish more people would speak up, and speak up on our site. We recently added anonymous comments per girl and that has helped a bit but the more info we get the better. I noticed also that the more girls we add the less comments and favorites per girl. It seems that less people favorite the same girl, they all have their own favorites. But yes there are going to be some that everyone loves.
Let me ask this, we have always had this internal policy of adding 3 new girls a week which usually ends up to be 4-7 sets of content a day. I am wondering what people would think if 1 of those girls was not new from time to time, it would be a repeat. I say that because its getting so hard lately to find good girls and we could focus then repeating the good ones. So many girls are tattooed up, or fat. I think the average weight gain has gone up 20 pounds in the last 5 years. We are not trying to add less content. It would be the same amount of daily sets. I just know that if we focused some direction on girls who are really hot it would be better overall. It can take us sometimes 2 or 3 months once we shoot a girl to the time she goes on the site (if she is not rushed) because of overall production. A lot of girls quit in that time. Not an excuse, just the reality of it.

I think I am having a little difficulty understanding what you are saying and I apologize for that.
For the preview of the scenes we have that on the regular profile page. You put your mouse over the Part 1, Part 2 etc. All the videos are on the one page. This is the old page.
On the new video watch page with the big video flash player, you can hit expand screenshots and see them. Also on that page is categories and tags to jump to related content.
That is our new video page, I am not sure if that is what you mean by new slim video page. I think you might mean just the regular page that shows the most recent videos. On that page I think it would be very cluttered if we had all the downloads there as we have 6 different options per video. I think we could do a rollover option though to show the screencaps of the move so you can see what happens in the move. I think you mean the page that looks like this

Thank you for the detailed review. I can really appreciate it when someone gives us real feedback.
I like the idea of high heels/boots and stocking shoots. After 5000 video sets we love to hear ideas on what people would like to see.
"The thumbnails on the video page don't show a few frames from the scene when you hover over them" On the girls page that has all her sets we have thumbnail rollovers on the part download section. Also if you click the thumbnail it goes to the girls movie watch page which has her flash player movie and all her detailed downloads, there is a section that says +expand screenshots which shows you those previews.
On that same page there is a section which displays and links to other categories like you said you would like to see.
You really got me thinking if we should change the existing page that has all the girls content on it so that they must visit those watch pages to see everything because we have so much info that we can't include everything on the girls page.
"They don't link between the girls and overall the navigation isn't the most entertaining or immersing." I like the idea of linking between the girls, but I wonder if we are including too much info on one page. Also what do you think we could improve about the navigation to make it more entertaining or immersing?

Actually we just put a new navigation live in our members area. We will put the tour navigation live today. I would be interested to hear your feedback after seeing the new navigation and see if you think its missing anything.

Messmer, I have increased the font size for the option to create a support ticket for technical issues. It was always there but in a much smaller font because 95% of the tickets are lost password issues. Thanks for your email.

I will ask my crew about it. She was helping us out with a few things. They might have made an exception for her. She has been asking me every few years about it and I said no before. My crew isn't as hard assed as me about that stuff. I am very strict and do not allow other sites to have my content.

Yahoo who uses a different conversion rate then CCbill, our biller. 17.99 is the equivalent of 29.31 Every bank gets a different conversion rate, but its all pretty close for example in your argument there is a 17 cents different in your favor. The usd - eur rate changes as long as the market it open, also does the bank's rate change. It will never be exactly the same.
However I can answer why other sites have different prices in different countries. Its really simple. It costs more money to put servers in Europe. Many sites who have one price have one server location while sites who have different prices per country put extra servers so customers in Europe can download quicker.

Thanks for taking the time to review our site.
We are actually in a process of a face list including a new navigation interface. I'm glad you think that is important because we are focusing efforts on that.
The faces that appear in the preview do have sets in the members area. If you can tell me a specific girl, I will show you her members area. If your pass already expired I will extend a new one so you can download her content.
We add 3 new girls each week and we add her content one set a day until it runs out. There might be a delay of a few days, but all sets list the date they are added or when they will appear if it will be in a few days.
If you look at other sites when they shoot a model they add a new set once every month dragging it out over months or years. We give the girls sets away over a week.
Also our sets can not be found anywhere else unless they have been stolen. Our content is 100% exclusively for our site only. If you can tell me what other site has them I will send my lawyers after them.

No this is not a tease site.
On our public area of the site there is a search page, http://www.nubiles.net/search.html where you can exclude toys and hardcore. When I did a search this way it returned 4856 picture and / or video sets. That is quite a bit of exclusive content. However the hardcore still exists on the site and I know some people get upset if they see it mixed with the other content. If that is how you feel then this site will probably not be able to keep you happy.
For the solo only girls we make sure at least half the content is toyless and half is toys. We work really hard to please all tastes but sometimes that rubs people the wrong way.

Can you tell me exactly what is different then 6 months ago? You say its more and more boring? Do you mean the models are getting more and more boring or the content is? I would love some feedback as we use it alot to improve. Also if you are not a current member how are you seeing the sets?

Just go to the my profile page and the option is there. It was a user suggestion they asked us on our message board and we did it for them.
