Hi Bibo,
After looking at your account, it looks like you were blocked due to mulitple failed login attemps.
It looks like the download manager you are using is failing on the logian captcha code.
We have this to minimize burst brute force attacks to ensure our servers stay safe and fast for our members.
Could you please let me know if you are still having download speed issues?
