You are right, we have just finished the new encoding scheme using latest ffmpeg and settings and its far better.
We will be re processing all the old content in the new few months and it will all be reduced.
As for speed we have no throttling anymore and its on Highwinds CDN for all streams and downloads.
If anyone has any problems please let me know asap.

Very valid points! I agree the models is something I am working hard on. I am doing full Bio's per girl and we will be adding that and much better girl search soon. Thanks for taking the time to review the site.
