I'm very sorry to hear about your problems, but I would have posted this as a "comment" instead of a review.
You clearly don't review the quality of the SIE/CONTENT/SERVICE when you give them the lowest possible score.

I can personally attest that when it comes to refund, we have no problems doing so if it's legitimate.
