High Resolution pictures are not considered a con by the vast majority of people. In fact, many people list it as a con if the pictures are not larger than the size of the screen. Nicer sites can have resolutions as high as 4000 or more.

There's way too little information to make this a meaningful review, but never mind, I started small, too. I am puzzled about your remarks re. the size of the picture. Doesn't your browser have a setting where it's possible to see the whole thing, or enlarge it to its original size? And do I get you right when you say a right click and "save as" wouldn't work on a picture? Boy, I'd consider that a rip-off! Good luck with your future reviews.
