I had the exact same issue when I signed up for Puba earlier this year. According to the Puba support person who answered my ticket, RG stands for RocketGate and the cancellation has to be done through Puba by opening a support ticket on Puba site and asking them to cancel the membership. They were very fast in answering even though I opened the ticket during the weekend.
Seeing the signup page was from an unknown biller, I had used a prepaid credit card. Even though Puba support said they had canceled my membership, I don't know what charges were made to that card. I can confirm, though, that I could only access the site for the purchased month.

Same thing happened to me once. Entered the free chat, said "hello, how are you", she said "horny" or something like that, I said "good", she said "fuck you" and permanently kicked me off. I don't remember the name of the girl, otherwise I would post it here for "publicity".
All in all, girls are quite nice. I specially love chatting with SexyAngel1 or Lolli, they always have a smile on their face even if you tell them you are not taking them private that they for whatever reason. Others are more "straight to business" and will (temporarily) kick you out thee free chat if you don't seem ready to pay.

I am a member now, and i agree that the site needs work. in a lot of areas. i was a dollar for two days trial when i pushed the upgrade button just to see how much it cost. without telling me, it made me a full member. the site is worth it, i guess. but i need to know if the Plompers vid clips are all softcore, which is just girls undressing or whatever, or if there are any hardcore scenes here. i know there are in the other bonus sites, and a lot of their BBW sites dont have a lot of cliops. they need to address this

Brazzers or Brazzersnetwork streams the newest videos using Adobe Flash RTMPE in 480p & 720p. The stream uses DRM technology. If you are a new member, you do not get to download 720p or 1080p WMV High Definition videos until you have been a member for 6 months, but you can download inferior quality 480p WMV or Mp4 H.264. If you want 720p High Defintion Videos, you can only watch it through protected Adobe Flash RTMPE streams; however, you can indirectly download the 720p Adobe Flash RTMPE using Getflv type programs with RTMPE support.
If you want 1080p High Defintion videos, Zero Tolerance ZTOD has want you want without a 6 month of uninterrupted membership. The Zero tolerance 1080p high definition videos are in MP4 H.264 which are compatible with Blu-ray Player, with Zero Tolerance you can author & burn the videos to Blu-ray or BD9 DVD or BD5 DVD without transcoding the videos. BD9 & BD5 requires a Blu-ray player and a regular DVD burner. For more information on BD9 or BD5, use wiki.
Brazzers 1080p WMV9 High Defintion videos are not compatible with Blu-ray players or PS3. You would have to transcode the videos to VC-1 or H.264 compression, so that the Blu-ray player will be compatible.

After seeing a lot of comments and conversations about this I have to agree with PinkPanther that this is unsatisfying. 6 months is an extremely long amount of time to join a site just to get HD videos and honestly, most newer sites and other older sites are updating their videos to better resolutions and clarity without doing such things as being a member for certain amount of site to obtain this content. I just can't see how this is a 'must to join' with having to join that long as the option, I could see one month or so but even that just seems outta control these days. Just my 2 cents....

Certainly agree with roseman on this one.
Generally FTV is overrated - both in content and quality. (and the price)
It's a very decent site with a lot of goodies - especially the newer videos/photosets.
But the score of 80 is much more relevant than scores in the 90th.
And even if download-limit is up to 25 Gb a day - I'm still against any kind of downloadlimits, at all...
Was thinking about a re-join of this site, but even with an 80 - rosemans review makes me think twice..

Yeah, there are plenty of deals around: These are my favorite ways:
Join full trial - the ones that really are full and recommended here
Take advantage of the good trial cross-sells - The ones that really are good, recommended here and not scams. Here there are chances to find really good full trials not usually found elsewhere.
Cancel all within timelimit of course, the cost of staying as member is almost always inflated, Even if I really wanna stay as a member I still cancel: in 80% of cases there is a very reduced price offered at the time of cancellation.
Check my e-mail inbox for good offers: ex members sometimes get half price and other offers.

This is what they say under the FAQ's about cancelling memebership.
"If you’ve decided to cancel your membership, nothing could be easier. Just click here to advise our support staff. Your membership will automatically be cancelled when the next payment is due"
The implication is obviously that you will have access to the material for a month, as they say your membership will be cancelled WHEN the next payment is due. So you should have full access until then because you are a memeber until then. Get in touch with your credit card company.

That is lame. Most site will give access until the end of your paid subscription, even on trials. This a good warning to anyone subscribing to them. I hate that though because you have to keep such a good eye on exactly when does it expire. I think the idea is to get people to wait until the last minute to cancel and forget.
