Thank you very much for taking the time to write your review.
You complained of "Poor video quality" - could you clarify? We offer video in 640 pixel width at 1500 kbps. Although the older updates from the site may have been the ones you were interested in, which i agree were at lower quality encodes.
You also complained of "Poor navigation and video download options." What sort of video download options would you like to see added? And is there a specific type of navigation that you prefer?
