To be fair.....at this time it is not hard to find the cancellation information (easiest from the "join" page).
All memberships rebill until canceled, with the exception of our 12 month membership.
Trial memberships will rebill at the standard monthly rate if they are not cancelled within the trial term.
You may easily cancel at any time (this is the cancel link on the word cancel)
If there was a problem it now seems solved.
