The issue to put to the bank is "prove that I ever signed up for these sites". If they can't prove that you ever signed up for any sites or services, then it's obviously fraud and the only ethical thing that the bank can do is to refund you - or tell the bank that you'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office in your state for conspiring to defraud you.

That's exactly what gave me the idea that PSN might be behind that one, too. It's not hard to create a phony company. But most likely you are right and someone else was behind tthe scam. For a while I suspected Brazzers because they and PSN were the only two new sites I dealt with within that time frame and I had never had any problem with any extra charges before that.

Hmm, we appear to have had parallel experiences here. Back in August I started to see monthly deductions from my credit card for a site called JACSHELP.com. A site I had never heard of, or done business with. Strangely enough it started about a month or two after I had subscribed to this site. Not saying it was them but it makes you wonder. I have been wracking my brain for months, wondering who was behind these fraudulent charges.
