Just be glad you even got a response from customer service. Out of about 12-15 times I've attempted to submit problems in the past through the official customer service channels I've gotten ZERO responses and have seen ZERO of those problems fixed.
The only responses I ever got from them was here on this site in response to comments, but apparently they stopped giving a cr@p completely and don't even do that anymore, which is not to imply the response here were ever helpful, just that there was a response.

First of all, thank you for the compliment regarding the quality of my work :) I am the owner and producer of Jerk Off Instructions. I appreciate that you enjoy the work, and am sorry that you have had issues with the navigation of the site.
I have made my webmaster aware of the navigation deficiencies and we are in process of improving the search options.
There are now over 600 videos on the site (with a new video added every day) for the monthly fee of $19.99 a month. The videos are streaming, and there is no mention on the site that they are downloadable. You can't download Netflix videos either, but that doesn't lower the value of the site. For only $20 you can watch over 70 hours of exclusive jerk off instruction videos. The videos are also viewable on mobile devices as well.
I do also sell downloadable clips on Clips4Sale, and must do so in order to continue to produce content. I am not a huge company that can afford to give away 600 videos for $20. I think that the ability to stream so much exclusive content is in fact, a bargain. Selling downloadable clips to those who want to own the videos in their personal collection (and there are Many people who buy downloadable fetish content on Clips4Sale which has over 1 million videos), allows me to keep the member's site at a low price. For a small company to survive in this porn market, it's essential to maximize the profit on the content. Too much of my content is given away on torrent sites and tube sites, and fewer people are willing to pay for content as it is.
As far as CCBill goes - they are one of the more reputable billing companies and to my knowledge do not spam members... I could be wrong, but I have seen no evidence to the contrary.

Thanks for taking time to review our site. We have since changed the videos so they do not play on load (I hope that helps).
Also just a note on our update frequency. We update the site every single day with either one video or one photoset.

Good and accurate review, Tobey. It is my view that they should have never made it possible to comment on their DVDs or Scenes because there is such a strong and negative reaction to any update that is out of the ordinary that the site has become very bland indeed as VB tries to mollify the complainers. Most niche material (anything outside mainstream) is sadly under represented now, and old!

Great review. I'm with you on the site being a bit bland. My take is that they take quantity over quality. But they're still probably the best DVD site on the net.

Thanks for the review, I was a member quite a while back and noticed that the content was the same as peternorth.com which I joined more recently.
