Regional pricing has been a problem for a long time - we have had inputs here over and over again - but it's still a problem with way too many sites - like quite a few others here at PU, I feel it's an unfair deal - and again tend to avoid those sites....
Some say it's the billing companies, some say it's coming from the sites......
Still - those site: Do not go there.

Hey streamingeagle, its a little more than a year since you had your streaming problem. I'm going through the same thing now with NO help from the tech folks. I am abandoning my minutes and looking elsewhere. Their player is also operationally an antique and its easy to find better players on those hated free tube sites. I'm not paying another dime to drive a Studebaker when there is a Lexus just down the street.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention!
I contacted my editorial department and they said that they have been re-releasing movies from 2003-2004 that they've been re-encoding with faster streaming, true scenes, and extra meta data.
They thought the video was changed enough to warrant another run through recently added.
I informed them that they shouldn't do that and we'll need to handle it a different way. We will be creating a new classification for re-released movies that will be available as a sidebar on the recently added page.
As for the premium titles there isn't much I can do about that. The studios demand the higher pricing to get the movies up as soon as possible. Usually the price per minute rate drops after a couple of months from street date.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please keep bringing them to my attention.

Like with a lot of other porn retailers I wouldn't use the term "maximizing the profit" as much as the term "minimizing the loss". Sales are down across the board, and you can no longer assume anyone who sells porn is swimming in large cash piles.

The most I've ever been able to get is 512kb streams on a 6mbit cablemodem connection, which is pretty good but 1MB doesn't work for me either, and that's disappointing. Still, the selection for what I pay still makes it totally and completely worth it.

Based on our web usage stats, we noticed that over 99% of member downloads these days are .mp4 files.
As far as we know, .mp4 is supported by nearly every video player now, including Windows Media Player, Apple Quicktime, and VLC Player.
Which player/version are you using that requires .wmv format? I'd love to help you resolve this issue.

I can't say that this bothers me because I find mp4 to be superior to WMV and the files are usually smaller but U hope this is temporary if only because some people may still want to use WMV. I could see them stopping to update in WMV but why remove the files when they were already offered in that format.

I think your first big mistake was taking a one year membership. It's true that the prices on those is often quite amazing and there was a time when I would have recommended them but the porn industry is in such dire trouble that paying for a one year membership now is like playing Russian roulette with your money. The chances that this site goes under in the next year are slim but stranger things have happened. You should bought a one month membership first to test the site and see if it has any bugs that you find hard to overlook.
Hopefully those mistakes get taken care of soon.
