Bad form indeed. Had a similar thing with 21sextury, logged in from work and home within the space of a few hours and they blocked my account. Instantly received a email with a new random password and could log in again. Brazzers should do the same

Request a credit card charge back. Enough of those and they should start having trouble with CC companies.
