If you read the relevant bit of the review, it explicitly says they're mislabeled on the site. So it's no surprise that the site doesn't match what it says in the review - that's what the review tells you to expect!

I don't know the answer to your question but I would recommend you join teen mega world instead of this one. It's only 5 dollars more and they probably have all the same videos as this site and will have significantly more content.

Indeed, we made a major revamp on our database, our login system, and what not... reaching into the very core to shape it something more user friendly. As every big changes though, it brought some technical issues, such as loyalty access fail, or login issues - frustrating, even confusing stuff, but it was a dire necessity to make this change.
By now, we've corrected the majority of the problems, and won't stop here. Soon we'll implement the possibility to change your registered email address, your password, making you able to handle multiply accesses with a single email/password combination. This first change is setting the path for many more features - handy little stuff which will make your life more comfortable.
Still, our deepest apology for the inconvenience, believe me, if we could make it smoother, we would. But as my wise friend, Pat said above, it is for our members.
I can only hope it did not break your trust toward us, and we'd like to ask your future patience. Please don't hesitate to give us further feedback... we are more than happy to hear your opinion.

I think you may have joined at just the worst time possible because they recently did some major changes and that caused some problem for many members. I'm one of those who couldn't get access to the site for a couple of days and finally I read that you had to use your email address as your log on. Mind you they also chnaged my password but they've done that in the past. They are one of the best network on the net and therefore must get a larger share of hackers.

I definitely agree with the points you made in your review.
Speaking of done that, got the t-shirt, I'm a fan of Hookup Hotshot too. I would have posted a review but it isn't listed here. I join Evil Angel regularly and now that the director of the site is also a director there I may be able to get more at EA. I can say for certain that the same scenes are posted on both sites.

Excellent review Sir. I'm a big fan of this site too and you and I seem to share a lot of likes and dislikes. One of the many scenes this site has going for it is that there really is nothing else like it on the internet. That's also a problem for the site since this is a narrow niche too.
This is off topic, but the Penny Pax / Sarah Shevon scene is definitely my favorite.

Consider posting a review when you can. I was a member for maybe six or eight months and really liked the site. I'm interested to hear what you think of this genre of porn. I realize that it isn't for everyone but for those of us who like it there really isn't anything else like it on the internet. (Unless you happen to know of similar sites and if you do then please let me know!)

I never distrusted this site before, but I sure do now. It's become one big trap for the unwary. Not only that, but as you could see as well, they trick their potential customers with 1080p listed on all the HD buttons of their updates. I have the feeling that they MIGHT have scenes in 1080p but that those are streaming only. I never tried so I can't be sure, I was so scared of all their "upgrade your account for another $19.95" traps that I haven't been back since the first two days of my subscription.

Their downloadable videos all appear to be high def
I don't have any desire to waste my hard drive space on high definition videos that look much the same as a 720p on my 27" screen. The content sounds great but I will not be spending my money here until I hear that a lower resolution is available

Excellent review Bibo! I checked out the free tour, and found at least a dozen of my fav US girls. A couple of questions for you: Do they publish some type of schedule for the live shows? If so, how far in advance? Is there any way to know if a given model will be doing a show in the next month for example? Also, what kind of audience feedback is there during a live show--can you type in requests? Is there any indication of how many members are watching a live show? Lastly, it appears that the archived content is all previously recorded live shows--is that right? Thanks!

Thanks for your feedback! We have definitely changed the format of the site and have lots of changes and upgrades coming. We appreciate all the feedback and will review each comment in detail and try to improve.
All content since July/2012 has been in full HD and multiple formats so the 1080p format shouldn't be an issue as that is not a current delivery format. We are however going back and remastering all older content to try and improve their delivery.
We also have a new member's area going live shortly which should resolve some of the issues you spoke of, but we will review all again.

We recently gravitated all of our Support to Gamma...using the Contact us or Support link should take you to www.ddfsupport.com which has many options for our customers including cancellation. This is the first ive heard of such a problem. The process is supposed to be easier for our customers, not more difficult. If you dont mind I am going to copy and paste your message and send it straight to the director of Gamma. I would like to get to the bottom of this problem so that it doesnt happen again. Agree they really need to sort out their cancellation procedure. When I used the cancellation form within their members area they didn't cancel it but sent me an email offering to reduce the recurring billing by 50% and instructed me that I had to reply within 48 hours to accept the discount or reply to the email to confirm I wished to proceed with the cancellation. I replied to confirm I wanted to proceed with the cancellation but I believe that email must have been ignored because I received no reply back or confirmation the subscription had actually been cancelled. After a couple of days with no reply I checked the confirmation email I recieved when I signed up which gave a URL for billing inquiries chp-ddfhelp.com. At that url there is the option to "locate order" by filling in your credit card details which brought up the transaction details pretty much the same as you get with CCBill or Epoch and there was a "cancel" link there so I could see they hadn't already cancelled it as requested. Anyhow I clicked the cancel link and it immediately generated an email confirming the subscription was cancelled.

Excellent review. When I saw your review uploaded I read it hoping that you might see some signs of improvement but you've noted the same flaws I did. They offer some decent porn but they really need to step up several notches on the technical stuff to even match their competitors.
