I've dealt with both of the payment processors listed for this site, ccbill and verotel, and I've never had a problem canceling free and clear. My advice is to cancel at the processor's site directly and not even bother with the links at the content provider's site.
I haven't been to Kscans myself for nearly 4 years. I've lurked there a bit since, but I'm just not into their kind of content (toys, butt plugs, mouth-to-tampon, etc.).

That fact that you had a very hard time cancelling is an automic pass for me. What credit processor did you use? They have verotel and CCbil listed on their join page. I've never had any problems with either. Strange that you did this review because I actually thought they weren't producing any new content.
