Welcome to PU Hardy214! I don't mean to pile on to the already mounting critiques of your review but I have a few comments to make since this has been a favorite site of mine through the years.
Regarding the video quality: SE has always been ahead of the curve as far as video quality goes. Even pre-HD they have resolutions and bit rates that exceeded most sites (at that time or even now in some cases). You have to go back to 2004-05 to see 640x480 full screen video clips. I still have some of those in my collection and they hold up fine.
I'll agree with you there isn't much variety but there is some phenomenal lesbian sex with stunningly beautiful models on this site. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

That grading is a bit harsh, Hardy214, I am not a member of the site but reading your review I think it may be a bit too low. As others have said, the membership cancelling problems could not be their fault. It would be different if you said that you contacted them and they didn't respond, or that you did cancel on time and they charged you anyway...
I am thinking of joining this site sometime in the future, but your review, and the second last one, are scaring me a little...

How did you manage to sign up without noticing which billing company you were using, did you not keep the confirmation email? As Sevrin said seems like user error.

I don't think videos for very many sites were in HD until the last year and a half, so that's not really a fair criticism. The billing company to contact to cancel is the billing company that charged for the subscription. I signed up for a couple of months and had no doubt as to whom I had given my money to. If I sign up for 30 days, my next billing date is 30 days from the day you sign up. Any issues there sound more like user error than any fault of the site.
We didn't happen to snooze through our renewal, did we?
