To our knowledge, Homegrown is a very legit company so we are interested in hearing more about this.
However ...
We're having a bit of trouble understanding exactly what the problem is you say you've had. Perhaps you could reword it so it'll be a little more clear?
We will be happy to look into this further once we know what's really going on.

A real pity sites like this still exist, but at least PU (and folks like you) can help other avoid these troubles.
Hope it all turns out well for you. I have found using a temporary card number as somewhat useful, as it only exists for that transaction, so the site really can't pull much funny business - aside from running a crappy site, you might want to look into it.

That sucks man, used to be a scam a lot of sites ran in the early days, cheap trials that were impossible to cancel (or had odd conditions like cancellation will take 5 days to process, for a 2 day trial).
Hope it all gets worked out for you.

The price i am seeing is $19.95 plus UK VAT @ 17.50% $3.49 = $23.44.
Seems odd to me that a site which appears to be US based would charge UK VAT, not seen that scam before.

So I guess you are being hit with regional pricing, if the price you see is about $30/month.

I just checked and am seeing the special price that shows on the listing. If you're not seeing that price, you might try clearing your cache (Temporary Internet Files) and any cookies you have associated with that site, then revisiting directly from one of our links.
If you don't see it then, I guess it's possible the site is using regional pricing.
Perhaps one of our other users can confirm that one way or the other.

1. You can always reset your password using this link:

That takes about 2 minutes.
2. And you can always send support request to clients@my18teens.com , we reply quite quick.

CCBill is usually an easy billing company to deal with. My suggestion would be to ask for a refund of your membership fee. Explain to CCBill why you are asking for a refund, and you should get one. And then sign up with a site that offers you better service. There are many sites on the Internet that offer you, for the same price as this site, a much greater amount of content (videos) than what this site offers. Look through the sites that have similar content (hardcore teen videos) and a high score at Porn Users, and pick one you might like, after reading the reviews or looking at the previews of the sites.

Hmmm...this is an okay review, but I think you should use a bit more coherent sentences and give more general details. I'd say more about the browsing, search function, how the girls look in general, not just how you liked two models.. Also the conclusion could be fleshed out more, past I liked this site.
Sorry if I sounded too harsh...I shouldn't be, this is one of your first reviews and it's better than a lot I've seen. Keep it up and try to improve.
