I think it really does depend. There's probably a much better potential for a porn star to be regarded in a positive light on a small scale - for example, in municipal or regional areas. When there's the opportunity to be well known in a small area, there's also a much greater opportunity to be known for everything you are and do, not just your most high-profile feature. Nationally or internationally, though, positive regard for porn stars is still probably a long way off.

There is quite a lot of graphic sexual content: the sex tends to be quite rough and very male dominant (of course) but as is the case with content from Japan, the performers' genitals are pixelated. Contextually it didn't detract much for me, because the larger act contains many elements of sadistic treatment; there was still plenty to enjoy.
