I signed up with segpay using master card and starting today can't get access at all. Segpay stopped taking master card so they just cut off my access even though I paid their overpriced introductory price for two months with the promise of a lower monthly price in the future and more importantly, with the promise to more sites in the future. Huge screw deal.

I tried it - its a big disappointment - the navigation is so tedious that I gave up even trying to see the pics. The only way to access pics is to use a tiny drop down menu selecting the model by name only (no preview pics at all), then you have to click through a second page to get to the pics for that model. Then you see the anemic display of only a handful of pics. Then start all over with the next model to see another tiny batch of pics. There's never more than a dozen or so pics in a set, hardly worth the hassle. And you have to know the model's names or you will have no idea of what you're going to get. I only looked a a couple of the videos and they weren't that good so I gave up on the site, to me, its a waste of time.

Yes, I agree that cafeteria pricing can be beneficial to users, but in this instance, there was no disclosure of extra fee before I joined - or at least I didn't see one when I joined. I thought I would be able to download the videos for the $20 per month membership fee, as I had done on prior memberships for this same site, yet only found about the extra fee after I joined. It wasn't until I tried to download a video that I informed of the extra fee.

Thanks for the suggestion hodayathink. Calling them on the telephone and listening to more of their BS is probably just a waste of more time. I told them in writing in the online chat that they were basically stealing my money and they didn't care so telling them again by telephone seems redundant, but I will take the other route you mention and notify my credit card company that the charge is a scam.

Oh, I see, so we are supposed to monitor the exact amount of porn we are downloading to be sure we don't go over the limits you put in the fine print of the user agreement? Are you joking? Do you really think anyone reads your agreements? This is porn not a mortgage application. And by the way, how does a customer, who is paying you for your service deserve to be called a rip off?

The website administrator's explanation by email contradicts the disclosure on the website which reads:
The user hereby agrees that the website may, in its sole discretion, sell, share, rent, or license any of the personal information about users that was provided or that was collected with affiliated or unaffiliated third parties.
If they don't sell or rent or otherwise disclose any personal information then why do they make users "agree" that they can do so?

I can't see any reason to voluntarily allow a porn site to share my info with anyone especially parties whose identity is a mystery to me. If I agreed to their terms, they could give my credit card to the bulgarian mafia and be within their rights.

It might be working now, but it wasn't for about half of the one month subscription I paid for and I never got a response to my email to the webmaster until after I canceled and got a generic response asking me to pay them again. Great idea, only give you half of what you pay for then ask you to pay again.

I did uncheck the pornaccess ripoff and they billed me anyway for the limied trial. I never cancelled it and they did not bill me for the $29.95 monthly. This is an incredibly deceptive billing practice for an othewise excellent site.

As you suggested, I tried to access the site again. Now the site appears to be operational, but I get a screen that says my user ID, password or secret word is incorrect. Thus the private email I received from the site saying my account has been "deleted" is apparently accurate. I paid for the site and it never worked, and contrary to the webmaster's response on this public forum, my credit card account has not been credited. So at least for me, the membership was a rip. I paid for it and got nothing.

The site might work for the editors but did not and does not work for me and I paid for it. If its a "temporary" glitch then the site should not have charged for the membership or should have refunded the money and they have not done so.

If you refunded my money its news to me. My credit card account shows the charge for membership and does not show any credit. The email response here in this public forum is completely different from the email response I received from your company which doesn't say anything about refunding my money, it says my account was "deleted" for one of three reasons: 1, the expiration date on my card was incorrect 2. I previously disputed a charge from your company or 3. the all purpose response: the account was deleted for "general abuse." None of these three statements are true: the expiration date on my card was correct, hence your company's successful billing of my credit card account, I have never been a member of your site and thus have never disputed a charge and I don't know what "general abuse" is. You charged my account, I never got access and you did not credit my account, as you claim here.

Excellent review. I joined in February 2011 and tried it again in October 2011 and didn't notice much in the way of updates. Unlike the earlier visit, I had some access problems with the October visit: some of the newer content was just blank - I mean white spaces where the pics or vids were supposed to be. Technically, its an early 1990's site and when combined with the limited updates, makes it a poor value even at $20.00.

I agree, this site used to have some incredible exclusive pics and vids and lots of them, but it looks like there is a new owner with a new site design and the whole site is complete junk. The excellent pics and vids are mostly gone, the navigation is horrendous and most of new stuff is low res rehashs from sites that no one would join. The customer support? Forget it, they never responded to several requests I made.

Can you believe this clown? "if we have photos available from that scene then they are available" So in other words if they are available they are available. Try this: if your site sucks then it sucks. They ruined it: most of the photos are gone and only if you are unemployed will you have enough time to dig through this poorly designed site long enough to find anything worth looking at. Take a look at his later comments where he talks about people joining in record numbers. Joining doesn't mean being satisfied, and reviewing the comments from the last few months, this site has a lot of formerly long-time customers that are completely dissatisfied. You can now get more and better Private photo from the blogs for free than you can get from paying this master of double talk $30 a month.
