I agree the access is confusing. It also seems to change with the wind. One time I joined Teen Sex Mania and had no network access. The next time I joined I had access to several sites, including Teen Sex Movs.

I have Verizon FIOS. That actual download rate is something insane like 25 MB/s (Upload speeds are similar amazingly). I've only seen 3-3.5 when downloading from porn sites, probably because the Web sites themselves cap it off.

I get a sense of the cons you describe when I look at the site previews. It's a shame because this is one of those niches I think I could get into. I wouldn't say jeans and denim are a fetish of mine but I think they look sexy and add something to a sex scene.
That is the problem with most niche sites. They seem to go way overboard on the concept. For example, I also find rubber and leather sexy. I'd enjoy seeing an attractive model start a scene dressed up in a tight leather outfit and then proceed to disrobe and have a regular hardcore sex scene.
Unfortunately all you find is the extremes. Either sites that have models wrapped up head to tow in vinyl suits in some domination scenario or you have ultra softcore sites where the girl has a leather skirt on and does a strip tease -- if that.

I chose "I really hate that" because most the moaning/screaming is so fake and cheesy. Some noise would be desirable but is usually way overdone.
I agree with messmer, though I think the stereotype for Eastern Euros being disinterested and passive no longer applies. Some EE's have taken to the American style of fake yelping. Some EE's actually moderate and do it very well.
I'm generalizing of course.

Not wide screen is monitors are usually called "full screen". I assume the "full" came from the fact that wide screen video used to only fill part of the screen back in the day when most had 4:3 screens/TVs.

There is some fake/over-acting in U.S. porn but I wouldn't say "most" of it. It depends who produces it and on the models performing but I'd say generally the U.S. has the Euros beat on enthusiasm.
That's not to say there isn't any good acting/sexual build up in Euro porn. The problem with the Eastern Euro porn in many cases is they find these stunningly beautiful models and throw them in front of the camera with apparently no coaching or acting skills and sometimes look downright uncomfortable.
There are some great Easter Euros out there however. Some of the movies on Teen Mega World and the network with Young Legal Porn have the enthusiasm.

I voted Eastern Europe but I agree with Colm the US girls do show some more enthusiasm. I've seen signs CA is catching up on the girl hotness scale. A little more hotness with the same enthusiasm could tip the scale for me!
