appreciate your input, am trying to be understanding about this, but meanwhile, i lost the first day of my membership.

At 7:55 my time the site came up for 4 minutes before crashing again.

It's apparent that you are associated with vb. You still can't read or reason. VB's problems are not occasional, they are daily. If you are not totally illiterate, do your own research in this and other forums and you will see. Or, you could communicate directory with vb customer support as I have. They acknowledge the problems. Or you could just go back to your gay and tranny sites and calm down. Lastly, what makes you think I am not a girl, and as for my ass, you'll never see it.

1. As to moving the new releases, they did not announce it, you had no idea where they were or if there even were any. After many complaints they moved them back to the home page. It was a big deal. Nuff said.

2.Many members have complained about 404 redirects, site freeze-ups, long delays, log in failures and similar problems. These are reasons so many members still use VB2, the old site, which IS still available.

3.I agree that there are thousands of good dvds for new members, but the cutback from 5 new movies per day is more a factor of budget problems, as is evidenced by the continuing low quality of the new movies. I for one would be willing to pay more for this site if the technical problems could be addressed and the new updates improved in quality. I have told customer support this. The current price structure is not adequate to support such a large site with such complex options.

4. The page you go to in order to play a scene mysteriously quit displaying the star's name recently, even though it is shown on the prior page and on the movie summary. I was mot referring to uncredited stars. One member has received an email from customer support acknowledging that this is a problem, and that they are trying to fix it. Any fool knows that uncredited stars happen at the studio level, not at the end site level.

I suggest you spend a little more time reading and trying to understand critical posts before you blindly defend a favorite site.

I agree completely. I had not mentioned the 404 messages, but they are appearing more and more all the time. Frustrating to say the least.

Your comment, and that of Pat 362 seem like you are trying to be helpful, and I appreciate that if that is you attention. I have been into both pay and free websites for over 10 years, and a VB member for almost 3 years. I know the good ones from the bad, in terms of quality, quantity, navigation, search, formats and other options.

What I am saying about VB is that the site has deteriorated the last few months; not just a couple of glitches occasionally. The site freezes up at least once a day for at least a few minutes. Some days pages take so long to load that I get logged out for inactivity before the scene aver appears. Their are numerous faulty movies with no sound, no picture, they just stop in the middle of the scene and never finish, or they won't play at all. Onsite comments from other viewers confirm that these problems are no unique to me, my browser or settings.. And, for the third time this week, the daily updates have not been posted to VB3, but appear on VB2. I should add that almost all of my complaints and observations are limited to VB3. It should be considered a beta version at best, even though it has been their main feature for over a year. They need to fix all of the software features and add server capacity instead of rolling out new features every few months that are both bug-prone and further burden an over taxed system.

Why wait a full day? The VB3 portion of the site just doesn't work. They have loaded it up with lots of fancy options, which if they worked, would be great. But these options add a lot of overhead to the system which can't be supported by the current infrastructure. So the site is a POS. I can go into the VB3 portion of the site in mid-morning and the updates are missing and the site in so slow that it logs you out before a page can load. If I switch to VB2 the updates are there and the pages load very quickly. Maybe you should spend some time on the site and think about what is going on before you post in haste. I am a long term member of VB who has seen both the quality of the movies and the site infrastructure go to hell in the last couple of years.

They don't give refunds, I tried. Today (7/12/12) the site is so bad that my browser times out waiting to load a scene. At that point the connection is broken, I'm off the site, and have to log back in and start over. And by the way, don't waste keystrokes trying to contact customer service, there isn't any.

I too experience the connection problems and the freezing up problems, but the last 2 weeks or so they are getting worse. Frequently when I go in the morning to check the updates the server is so slow that I just give up and come back later.

Thank God that VB2 is still up and running or I would just leave the site completely. It does no good to have lots of cheap content if I can't see it.
