1. There is NO SEARCH ENGINE! - Well I haven't manage to find any, despite having been with them for some months now.
2. Although they have many models registered, which should be useful, it is not easy to get to grips with it as the models are all over the place with different names and, at times wrong, photo :
- Whoever set up the 'model index' does not know the trade.
Ex.1: 'Jade Marcela' is shown with a picture of CHARMANE STAR! Ex.2:'Alayah Sashu' (Who???) shows a picture of SYDNEE CAPRI!
Ex.3: ALEX DANE = Alexis Dane, which they don't seem to know.
Ex.4: MARYLIN STAR is called both 'Marylin' and 'Marilyn Star'.
Ex.5: VANESSA B. aka 'Brodi Kennedy'?
Ex.6: A lesser known model; 'SAMANTHA SHAMAL', who made a few films for PRIVATE is not called 'SAMANTHA SHAMAL' but 'Marian' AND 'Lauren'.
-I could go on 'for ever' but... To round it up, the PERFECT TEN(!)BRIDGETTE BELLE has been given a unknown name as well.
3. Customer service=0. - One cannot get in contact with them...
At times the site can be VERY SLOW:
My Internet Download Manager is cut off too often by "Time Out".
Sometimes download speed can be less than 40kb/sek - despite my average download speed being 7.5 GB/sek.
...and that has happened even when I have downloaded only one video clip... at a time when the US of A is fast asleep!
For ages I have been pissed off by 'merchants' who pretend to sell you the moon - without delivering more than half a glance of it.
A niggardly 1GB/day is exactly that.
Noty only, but: The sister 'company' is doing the same, and the only reason, which I can imagine, for the very existance of the split into two websites, is their way to maximise the amount of money, whhich they can drain off you.

Moneywise, 'g-queen' cost you more/month, but check what you get...

The day before yesterday (last Saturday) I contacted 'oye loca' to inform them about CCBill's practices.

A warning about CCBill’s usuries to residents outside of the US$ zone…
On many websites I have noticed that CCBill charge in one’s local currency – in my case, in GBP.
I thought that this was a ‘nice’ (and convenient) service.
But, this is a typical example of “THE WOLF CLOTHED AS A SHEEP”!
Working out what it should cost in GBP, and compare the result with what CCBill charges; I found that CCBill is slapping on 39+% above the basic rate of exchange.
More than a week ago I sent an email to CCBill, titled ‘usury’, asking how they could justify this exorbitant fee.
Surprise, surprise, CCBill did not reply – did not even bother with supplying the standard bullshit one is used to from banks…
In summary: they have shown; not only are they committing ‘daylight robbery’ but the 24/7 ‘service’, they brag about, is @ their discretion (And convenience!) but may well be 0/7.
Aren't there certain fundamental's that should be met by this kind of operators...?
To qualify for point score in the '70' range - let alone the '80' range - I expect that the company should have a staff, who knows the trade...!
Not so with this lot.
I have subscribed to this site for two months (because I wanted to have a good look at it) and must say that I have not before seen a site as caothic as this.
1. The 'search engine' is of no use. You only get frustrated when trying to use it.
2. Performers are often given names (if any), which are not recognised in the rest of the world.
3. There is no reference to where videoclips come from, which makes it impossible to catalogise or else put the downloads into a workable system.
4. Videoclips are all over the place - more often than not - appearing in three/four places or more.
5. Many times you'll find that they have the wrong videoclip. I have pointed this out to the webmaster many times - in vain.
You have better believe it! They have put a timer on the server, which means that 75 minutes after you have logged in the site freezes - regardless of what you were doing.
1. Very annoying as one has to start all over again (after a new sign-in).
2. Makes shit of your download managers normal capacity.
An other 'funny' thing about the site is that the server seems unable to upload faster than 1.1MB/s.

Fuming about the above, I sent an email to Videobox, asking for an alternative payment agent, which is mentioned on their website, but is very elusive when it comes to do the business.
Like what has happened inumerable times before during the last two years, I have tried to contact Videobox - as a subscriber or 'outsider' - I had no reply. I.e. the 24/7 'service' is more like 0/365.
It must be about time that, in valuation of a web-site, consideration to modern factors be included.
I am disappointed with 'Videobox' (or rather that my beef is valued to only 2%.) with regard to three issues:
1. Downloaded clips are NOT "DVD quality".
2. For those, like myself, who want to edit the clips (to cut the crap out -which = 60-80% of the total-) it is a nightmare to deal with the clips in the editing software, as the clips have been segmented to anything between 50 and 90 pieces. Why is this so? Nobody else seem to be doing this.
3. 'Videobox' is very busy, or full of themselves (arrogant?), as they more often than not can't be arsed to answer emails.
