Wittyguy's Poll
I was doing reviews and such well before the raffle thing got started. Haven't done a review a quite a while now, but the raffle ended just recently. In other words, the raffle was a "bonus" in the truest sense, meaning it wasn't an incentive. After all, you could do 2 reviews in a week and not win, or do none and make $100. It really was more a matter of luck than anything else.
So it was just nice "free stuff."
BTW, Wittyguy was doing the PU Awards before the raffle got started. Maybe we'll have another "ceremony" this coming holiday season? Hmmm? PLEASE!??

Tasteful threads that you might see a girl wearing on the street or in an office -- ones that don't say "easy meat" -- are what I like. I like the idea of the girl being rather publicly modest but then sharing her goods privately --and eagerly -- with yours truly.
A nice lingerie surprise that comes after the most exterior apparel can be quite a turn on. This happens sometimes with the "Only" sites (OnlyTease, etc.), for instance. But I wouldn't want that done too often or it would lose effect.

It is an interesting topic. The shift in usage for the expression is a reflection of social change. I've actually used it contemporarily in reference to potentially unpleasant situations (root canals, proctoscopies, and employee reviews).
I suppose that male prison r@pe would dovetail the social change aspect while maintaining some sense of the earlier meaning.
Well, that's certainly enough commentary.

I've heard it as a euphemism, but not as something advertised. Might be a niche market, for all I know. I haven't a clue as to who "they" might be.

I've done several over the years. User input is really helpful since there are so many things that can change.

The funny thing is that I don't even remember when I came up with this poll question. I didn't recognize it as my own until I looked at the poll results and saw my "name" along with it. Doesn't matter to me when it gets posted, though it's kind of funny that a related question was up not long ago.
I guess it's "Thumbnails Month" at the PU polling station. LOL.
Regarding Ik2Fireone's comment, it seems that sites aren't keeping up with monitor resolutions. These days they demand larger thumbs than before. (Remember, anyone, my forum complaint about that?)
Example: ALS Angels. I can step up the size of the page w/cntrl+, but the thumbs look like something out of 1998 when I do.
Getting back to the main point, I think thumbs for visitors is a smart idea. TorridArt does a good job with it, for instance, except, again for the sizes (just as bad as ALS Angels).

The Metapoll! It's about time! I never miss reading the polls, and on a few rare occasions, I've tossed my two bits into them.
They are good for understatement, hyperbole, and everything in between. What more could one ask for?
Sure they're silly, and some of the posts are, too (nudge-nudge), but they're no worse than the pop mags sitting on a little table in the dentist's office. In fact, because the PU polls tend to be a bit more lurid, they're actually better!

There are elephants that stand on their hind legs. There are dogs that leap through rings of fire. There are trapeze artists flying through the air.
And then there's bukkake ...

I've been really incensed in the past when I thought the thumbnail represented the photo, then found out by paying the site for the content that the model was much smaller in the picture before the cropping.
It's a simple concept: Show us what we're really paying for. (And save on your own time/money continuum by not bothering with cropping.)

Ads are like weeds. They will grow anywhere they can. If I say "a few are OK" then you'll hear my voice fading as I slide down the slippery slope.
To me, having paid for a site membership carries a contractual implication that I've paid for the experience of getting the content without the distraction of ads, just as it is when you pay for an app on your mobile or for a book (the kind with bound, paper pages).

Probably for the same reason that most men aren't interested in romantic movies or novels, to expand a bit on luv lickn clit's comment. Each gender has its own preferred genre of fiction.

I read them for reasons given above. To be a little more specific on the wisdom of GI Joe, sometimes there's an important detail that none of the newer reviews have mentioned. The only way to know if that's true is to blow the dust off the oldies and crack the binding. I've never regretted it.

You said it about CNN.com. That and the TV networks (exception: CNN International) are at about the intellectually challenged level of the gossip fare as well. Didn't it use to be a good news source that didn't try to manipulate your emotions (on TV) or trick you into clicking one of those "spammy" links (site)?
Try this weird trick and just avoid it all together.

Barefoot ... and just keep goin'.
I don't usually pay attention to footwear in a porn scene. If I do, it's probably because I'm watching the start of the scene and the girl looks really hot in heels or something.
But I don't usually start at the beginning.

Ohh, yes, that's right. Her itty-bitty titties remind me of a neighbor girl when she was about 12 or so. Her younger brother, never one too terribly concerned with socially appropriate behavior, suddenly lifted her shirt in front of me one day.
But I like Tanner. I've watched her do all kinds of naughty things. And she's damned cute.

I don't think she looks as though she's in the seventh grade, though from what I've read, sometimes she acts like it. ;)

I actually don't mind the "schoolgirl" schtick per se. It's kind of a fun role play idea when the model is clearly a mature 20-something. Or 30-something. It's like, "Let's pretend we're back in school, and it's time for back in school."
That being said, I've said, to myself, "Whoa. No, no," when I've seen a model who, while being of legal age, looked as though she could be in the 7th grade.
