FLV is just a flash wrapped mp4 file. Literally any program that can play an mp4 file can play an FLV file. No extra player needed.
Everything else you said is subjective, so I won't say anything else about it. I will agree that if you prefer your porn on the harder side of hardcore, then this definitely isn't the place for you.

I've always figured that it's the studio that makes the demands for premium pricing and not the site. Which is why you'll see some studios use it for most of their movies, but others never use it at all.

It contains most of their movies, but not every single one of them. The vast majority of recent releases are there, but the further back you get into their catalog, the greater the chance that what you're looking for might not be there.

It shows that models have personality, and I like personality. It's boring when everything is cookie cutter. Also, part of the many reasons I prefer videos to photos. While personality can come though in a photo set, it's much harder.

I don't know if you know this, but they do have a page in their members area to view upcoming scenes. It only goes about 2 weeks ahead, but that's usually good enough to give you an idea of what the next couple movies to be uploaded will be.

They have more income than basically any other porn company right now. I don't think the added money from a video banner is going to make that much of a difference.

One standing subscription to Naughty America that I don't let lapse, but other than that I've never actually joined a site more than once. Brazzers had a shot, but now I don't want to as a protest to their business practices. I'll probably join Fucking Machines again at some point, if for no other reason than it's the only site I've joined that I didn't write a review for. There's some others that I have general plans on going back to like Elegant Angel, but I couldn't personally tell you whether that will be a month from now or a year from now.

I'd give it about a month or so before it shows up. Looking at their DVD schedule, they only have about 3 or 4 other movies to upload before that one, and two of them are already on the schedule for the next 2 weeks (Let Me Swallow and Massive Anal Booty 2). After that all they have left is Best New Starlets 2013 and possibly Anal Workout 2.

Kink is probably the most dissimilar site/network that I join on a semi-consistent basic, and even then I only do that once a year. For the most part, I stick to mainstream boy/girl videos, and there's still a ton of sites in that area that I haven't joined yet that I want to.

Generally speaking, no it isn't. It can become something akin to cheating if you (and they) let it (basically a long-distance relationship), but the generaly act of interacting with a cam model isn't cheating.

As far as I know, the whole reason that Hardcore Gang Bang exists is because they're not going to be shooting any more updates for Bound Gangbangs (as in, future releases will be the scenes that they'd already had shot when they made the switch). So while both sites are up, they aren't really separate, which is why they include it.

Mine tended to be older women on TV and in movies, though not that much older than me (generally about 18-20 when I was 12-14). Most of my teachers growing up weren't that young, and the few that were weren't really my type.

I'll third(?) the applause of the removal of the pre-checked cross-sale. I understand why sites do it, and I'm not at the point where I don't subscribe to a site because of it, but I still think it's a shady practice. I don't mind upsells and cross-sells in general, you just have to give me (the user) the initial choice in whether or not I want to do it. I'll say right now that most of the time I'll say no, but sometimes, sometimes I won't.
