Updated review: you can download low-resolution videos of older movies. There's a post from the admin on 1/20/11 that makes it sound like you can't download anything at all until you've been a member for 30 days, that's wrong. Look through the models and if you go back far enough you'll find download links to low-res movies.
The streaming video doesn't work very well. If you select a clip to view, the video stutters and jitters like crazy. |
| Bottom Line: |
60 for now, the limit on downloads and streaming resolution is silly. Anything you put on the internet will be pirated, it's just a fact of life. You need to build it into your cost model and just deal with it.
If they offered high-quality downloads to all users, they'd get a 70 from me, based on the quality of the content. Fix the streaming issues and they'd get an 80. |
