Interesting poll but only because it's rather subjective as to the ethnic stars you're attracted to. I suspect that few viewing choices are attributed to factors based on ethnicity.

2010 apx % for US.

White - ±72%
Black - ±13%
Hispanic - ±17%
Asian - ±5%

either way it's still open season for hackers and regardless of choice, if they want they will get it.

Why would I waste my time on fat ones. I got enough as it is. Does not fit my fantasy profile.

I'm not sure that question is subject to the rules of porn viewing, so of course there is going to be all kinds and shapes at the beach. Going topless is generally against the law because of people's moral sensibilities but that is fucked up since it's just a double standard. And I suppose for those that voted "NO" it would ruin a part of their sexual niche.

Even if it were not illegal, (like in some other countries), it's not like every woman is walking around topless. I'll bet that were it legal, you might never actually see a bare breasted woman unless you were at the beach.

I somewhat treat this subject the same way I view a mother breast feeding her child in public. Most mom's are not flopping them out all over the place, but discreetly feeding their kid. But then I will admit - people do like holding onto their double standards.

Hells Bells, I was channel hopping on Sunday and came across ABC's Rising Star where Kesha (a judge) was hanging more out of her top than most nursing moms.

While I have often expressed that my niche is deep throat, I do not look at the video itself as being of a fetish nature, though if you look at from my point of view and because it's so singular, perhaps it would be considered a fetish (like a foot fetish).

Niche defined - a specialized market or area of interest.

Fetish defined - a strong and unusual need or desire for something;
or a need or desire for an object, body part, or activity for sexual excitement;
or an object that is believed to have magical powers.

Well - I guess the last one actually defines my relationship with deep throat. Sure does have magical powers for me!! ;-)

Several years ago when I using DVD's to display content on my TV I purchased a couple of packs of recordable CD's & DVD plus around the same time a blu-ray device. Shortly after that I bought a new wide screen TV which promptly ended my need for any of the three items listed above since I can just plug in a 500GB external hard drive with the content and from that day the packs of recordable media and the playback unit sit unused.

When I got my new computer last year, the only reason I included a recordable DVD was to load up old software (like Office) I had because ALL content now is offered via the net. I haven't used a disk for two years now. I was slow in the TV purchase. I think cd/dvd/bluray technology has been dead for about four years if one spent the upfront money on the needed devices. I was stubborn and waited.

I like the streaming method of obtaining programs. When I download a program, it usually is in a zipped folder which I can store on my backup which takes the place of needing physical software media if it has to be reloaded. If you need a key to make the newly loaded software, I create a txt file with the needed info stored along side the zip file.

With regard to the subject of 'older material', DFF would not be the only studio that has older material. But I would think it has to do with one's desire for specific older material that one desires. If you follow a retired performers work and want to collect it, you're going to have to suffer crappy video quality. (Think one of the more famous porn movies - Deep Throat.)

I once asked Jonni Darkko if he would redo any of his older work - He seriously doubted it due to lack of time & the cost constraints.

There is nothing amiss when a producer's catalog includes poor quality video, & while I'd love it remastered, better to have it available than not. Besides, it is content that already exists and has no continuing expense except the device on which it's stored. But then, isn't that one of the issues facing the end user own concerns with space in dealing with a collection?

I look at it like going to a library and finding an out of print book and then complaining that it's on the library's shelves because of the condition of the book.

False - But could be True for those who believe there is a tit for tat relationship between culling & adding (which I don't). This is apparently the case (at this point) with 60% of the responding members (based on 10 votes).

Speaking only for myself, I have, in the past, downloaded a specific person whose work I favor when that is all a particular website has to offer. So the price of some content for one person is extreme and that's my rational for doing it.

And while Pat might call me cheap, I'm not wealthy enough to afford but about $15-20 a month toward porn.

While this has not happened a lot, I have done it. I still don't feel guilty.

One can only guess about the Vid player - since it's microsoft you'd think it came in their updates. And firefox is always updating me.

Seeing a puss up close always reminds me of oysters which I love ... to eat. But while I find great pleasure in oysters I don't spend a lot of time looking at them. Eat being operative word there. So an occasional view is fine, though not all pussy looks the same (or like an oyster for that matter) and since it's outside of my niche it doesn't actually interest me all that much. While plenty of people find pussy & oysters 'yucky' I am not one of those folk.

OK I see where you're going with that - I just misunderstood. As far as Evil Angel not having the kind of material that you like (and yes, for the most part it is hard core) there are photosets which contain images you might like -

David, while I understand the sentiment, "There is so much free material available that there is usually not a lot of reason to pay." Usually the 'free' part of it is because people willingly rip off the artist's work which isn't exactly given away but is thievery.

While this type of download cuts across all types of genre from main line movies to music to porn. It is very easy to justify these actions but really if you were to reverse the roll - it being your work - I doubt you would be so generous.

Cutting to the chase, if everyone were to download their desired content for free, then there would be no capital for these people to operate with. There is your reason to pay.

Understand, you don't have to sign an AT&T contract to get content, but rather sign up through the PU website usually getting a nice discount, stay the month & download to your heart's content. I have my favorite sites which cater to my niche and that's how a lot of us support the industry.

As an example (& I don't mean to beat a dead horse here), one can join Evil Angel for $15 for one month and download every thing you'd want that fills your niche. That $15 is what you alone would pay to go to a movie, eat popcorn & have a soda which you get to enjoy for about 90 - 120 mins.

And that sir is my perspective of free vs pay. Hope this gives you a reason to revisit your position.

While three of my four sit unconnected, the fourth is always connected to my TV unless I'm loading it with new content.

lol - I knew it really wasn't a trick question, it just turned into one. But look at the conflict of 1 & 2 - how can it be bad if you make more money with that strategy? One would be remiss if a survey of customers isn't done first.

I once worked for an trust attorney who's price for a trust was constantly keeping us in the weeds. My suggestion was to raise the price by 50% and if we lost 50% of the business (which was not going to happen - we lost 1/3 of the number we normally did) we'd break even but work less. In the actual case we got more money for less work. Now I know it's not the same thing exactly but if you putting a strategy in place (and true it might not work unless you tried it) to make more money let the suckers leave.

Netflix did this when they broke out their DVD & Streaming business into the same cost for each as the cost for both was. They lost my business but obviously their business has grown.

Not sure actually, but if the extreme is only a small portion of your offerings and you have done your due diligence regarding what your customers want (& don't want) then sure - give it a try. But it seems odd, in the world of porn, that if something offends you don't look. As a consumer, if you belong to a site you enjoy but are offended by niche offerings and would leave the site because of it, that just seems small - honestly I cannot believe that happens very often - certainly not enough to really impact a site. #1 & #2 seem to be a bogus assumption, because the bottom line of any business is to make money.

Evil Angel is a good example with their tranny movies. Only look at what you like.

Are you sure this isn't a trick question?
