Doesn't really work for me, largely for the reasons everyone else has mentioned! I prefer one-on-one, so any group activity generally goes over my head a bit. As opposed to... never mind.

Some site designs dictate square thumbnails so they crop them. That's generally fine with me - I don't feel strongly enough about it to complain.

I don't mind if the sites are relevant and discounts are offered. I was recently subscribed at babes.com and on one hand, they rather annoyingly tried to cross sell stuff each time you logged in. But on the other, once logged in, they had only some discreet ads, and a separate page listing all their linked offers - some good ones - which is OK.

This certainly isn't meant to be a generalisation; but like some others, I suspect that statistically, women are less interested in porn than men. And those that are, prefer different genres; eg written rather than visual.
Having said that, I'm always enthused to see female members here, and very much value their opinion - chatting with girls about porn is both fun and enlightening, so although it is rare, it is definitely appreciated.

Definitely works for me! Sure it can be cliched, and is especially contrived when used in the more mainstream US porn. But I like smut with a theme or angle and the whole secretary or nerdy girl thing is definitely exciting.

As with most others, I'll look over most reviews. Maybe if there are plenty of recent ones I won't bother, but if not, I'll definitely read the archived ones. Most sites tend to stick with what works, so there is often not much difference, even from a couple of years or more ago.

I find all my news online, but as far as reading goes, I too prefer actual paper novels. I'm not holding out against ereaders so deliberately - I think they are great tools and if I travelled more I would get one to avoid carting books around, and being able to have more than one to hand. But as it is, I'm happy with books, and I can easily loan them to friends.

I said barefoot, but it depends on the context. I like heels and especially boots, but only in a more glam/pinup or tease context. If there is actual sex going on, then barefoot (or stockings) is the way!

I would imagine much the same. On one hand, there does seem an increase in puritan ideals, in some parts of the US and elsewhere; but hopefully it is balanced by more sex-positive attitudes and that balance should be reflected in legislation.
The only thing that worries me is that they will use issues such as underage porn (and underage viewing of porn!) as ammunition to crack down on online civil liberties in general. It's easily to whip folk up into a mob mentality with that sort of thing.

Sure. It is nice to know if they are updating or not - they should be up front about the update dates - but as long as there is a good archive of material, then I can't see why not. Given most of us join for just a month, we are there largely for the archive rather than whatever may turn up during that month anyway?

Not really for me. I avoided choosing disgusting since each to their own, and if it works for some folk - consensually - then great. I'm not fond of it in porn since I suspect that in most cases it's not something the model would prefer to do if the material didn't demand it.
Anal fisting is definitely a bit much though - I'm pretty sure that's not good for you!

I said Other, since it's not specifically the photo or video size I'm interested in, but more that all their content is represented - ie their archive is browsable in at least thumbnail form, and ideally with previews. That gives a much better idea of what I will actually get, so is the best kind of tour.

As others have said, it is a part of the value the site offers. A relatively expensive site that has very unique material still equates to good value. And I've certainly increased my score a bit for sites which are very cheap.

Depends on the definition of tour. I'm very wary of - and don't think I've joined - any sites that don't let you see at least thumbnails of all sets/videos available. On the sites with just a few pages of tour, you have no idea of knowing how much content there is - other than, of course, their claims of being the largest on the net etc...

I never turn mine off - but I do let it go to sleep automatically. That said, I have restarted it more often lately as I've switched OS and have been tinkering... but once settled, it will likely stay on for weeks, if not months, between reboots.

I don't for regular downloads - the built in downloader in Chrome is fine. I switch to FF + DTA in two cases: First I have a lot of large downloads I want to queue overnight (my connection is fast but my bandwidth is capped during the daytime). Then, when a site I join doesn't offer zip downloads - then DTA can generally be pressed into service to easily download an entire set.
