The quality to price ratio. I'll totally pay $30+ for a month's access but the site has to really convince me that they're worth it. Other than that, membership perks (like access to a network or monthly live chats, etc.)

Somewhat. It's definitely an important factor as I said in another of my answers, however, I've had enough experience with $10/mo. sites to know that you often get what you pay for. So it's a balancing act: how good is the content vs. how much does it cost. I personally draw the line at $40/month--no site's worth that much IMO.

Downloading--I like having the option to view material at my own leisure and not having to wait for things to buffer.

Not usually no. This is partially do to restrictions on the sale and distribution of such material in my state, but also because porn is a disposable commodity when you get right down to it. It's a lot easier to get rid of an impulsive purchase when it's just 1's and 0's on your hard-drive than when it's a physical medium like a DVD
