Good call.

They did do remasters of the first two seasons. They redid the intro and jazzed up the special effects some. But the first two seasons really were all about the characters, not the special effects.

Red Dwarf was the most successful BBC2 series of all time. It ran 8 seasons. It also had a special 3 episode 9th season. A 10th season is in production.

The show is fantastic. The first two seasons have the best writing, but are weak on the special effects, but the later episodes have better effects as the show became more popular and the production budget was increased. I too recommend it highly. What do you mean, you "killed him cha-cha-cha"?!

Yes, I should have posted here earlier. Nick Spillum and his team at vthelpcenter have been really good about the whole thing. From my end, it looked like they shafted me. But they didn't. It is a lesson to not go off half-cocked before making accusations in public.

I am ashamed of myself. I should know better. What do you mean, you "killed him cha-cha-cha"?!

I apologize. I blew it. I failed to check vthelpcenter site itself before posting my complaint on PU. I didn't get a return email, but I should have tried following up myself before making unfounded accusations.

You have been most considerate and kind in your handling of this situation with me and I appreciate your professionalism and the fact that despite everything, you still gave me a free one month's membership.

Vivthomas.com is a classy site, and the people in customer service deserved better than what I did.
