It's software RB, to be more specific Window Washer, which I have been using for years to clean out cache and so forth. Writing them did no good, they just recently upgraded to Vista!

The troubleshooter is good. It allows for making adjustments to the selected software that may (or may not) make it compatible.

Not true. Earlier this year he was ordered to surrender to the court in LA.
He had been convicted and was going to be sentenced. He fled because he feared he was going to get "50 years".
