Do any of the poor-quality reviewers take part in the raffle? I was accused once of only reviewing to get tickets for the raffle, but that wasn't the case - it was just that I was new and my reviews were crap

I've never taken part in the raffle, so I won't miss it. I hope TBP and PU can continue in spite of the fact they need to save money.

Oh she's nice. On the subject of Olympians, I really like Jessica Ennis, the British heptathlete. There's an Australian hurdler who's really nice too (have forgotten her name)

I'm not really surprised they're recycling content. This was a hugely disappointing site when I joined. I think some of the HC content was new as her figure has changed recently (post baby) but HC is in such a minority that it's almost a moot point.

Another thing I hate is that on the preview page it has a webcam 'stream' with LIVE on it, even though it's not live. That's basically lying, too.

Another vote for Eva Longoria, but also Hayden Pantierre, Nicole Scherzinger, and I think Katy Perry would be quite good too.

I like Medium reviews to read. As long one often repeat the same thing just said different.

Yeah, I do agree, but I'm not sure how much more concise I could have made my Bella Pass review as I only wrote a paragraph on each model, plus the technical specs, plus a paragraph or two on the network. I've never really had a problem reviewing solo sites within the limit, but really struggled with Bella Pass.

Thank you Khan. I think my Bella Network review has been the first I have REALLY struggled with. Maybe the network sites could have a more generous character limit than solo ones as there's the possibility of having more to write?

Thanks messmer for the feedback on the review And thanks RagingBuddhist for reply #7, made me laugh out loud Seriously, though, I do agree that it forces users to weed out some of the chaff, and I do normally find it quite easy, but with Bella Network I really struggled.

Maybe another suggestion would be for a separate box on technical specs (video size, number of photos/galleries etc) and then the bottom line? Just an idea.

Ah thanks, I might do that in future. It was the bottom line that was overrunning. First it was over the character limit, then it was too many lines. Hope one day they'll consider increasing the character limit, as I like to try and include both technical details and opinions, which 5000 characters doesn't always allow me to do.

Character limit on reviews

Does anyone else struggle with the character count on reviews? I'm currently writing a review and have been trying to edit it down for about 20 minutes now to fit into the allowed character limit. It's getting vaguer and vaguer, particularly as it's a review of an entire network.

Generally solo (eg masturbation), but mainly because most models seem to just go through the motions - there are exceptions. Ivana Fukalot, for example, makes masturbation look so sexy - never really cared for it until I saw her.

Anal leaves me cold. I just don't like it at all.

I would like to NOT recommend Western Digital. I have a 1TB MyBook World Edition and it is a terrible piece of kit.

The biggest problem is Mionet - I have never used such an abortion of a program. 50% of the time the program won't load until I restart. If it does work, the drive is 'offline' so have to reboot drive. Sometimes have to reboot a couple of times just for Mionet to pick up the drive. Often when I reboot it then won't mount.

If Mionet is down so I can't even save stuff onto my own harddrive because you HAVE to use Mionet - otherwise you can only browse the drive, and you don't have read/write permissions.

Also when you're browsing the drive, often it/Windows Explorer will lock up, it'll sit there chugging then it'll say it's offline.

Looking at the WD support forums this just seems to be a 'feature' of the drive.

A good point well made, and I agree. I think the journey to nudity within a set is often as exciting as the nudity itself.

Probably WMV. Never used to like AVIs but VLC Player has eradicated any playback problems. MP4 are good because they play on iPods etc, while I like MPGs as my TV plays those.

As to the rest of your post: I see your remarks and raise them to, "I would NEVER join a web site where you can't save videos. I would never join a web site where you can't download pictures."

And a warm welcome to this forum!

Thank you for the welcome

Yeah, I'm borderline 'never' too - I think what sways it either way is how good the rest of the content is. If it's mainly a photo website with a few videos, I can deal with it, but the other way round? Honestly, I would probably never join again.

Good question Ed2009 about what anti-piracy measures. I think REASONABLE download limits are OK. Stopping members downloading more than one video at a time I think is OK.

I guess those are easy for me to say because I'm not a huge downloader or collector and don't download literally every video etc.

Kudos to Tia Ling who now allows downloads on her website.

No kudos to Anna Angel who does not allow you to download videos or even photos. Photos are sliced into mosaics so if you dare right-click-save an image, you get just a 100px square of the part of the image you right-clicked on.

I would rarely join a website where you can't save videos. I would never join a website where you can't download pictures.

I know pirates force webmaster's to take measures against piracy, but if it puts genuine members off joining, then surely it just makes matters worse.

Yep, I can totally understand the terse reply, although obviously the webmaster should still at the very least be civil. I guess it's a bit like a bullshit filter (for want of a better term!) to filter out the pirates from the people who genuinely have a problem logging on.

Bryci's webmaster was always polite to me, but his attitude of just assuming it was my fault really sucked. It honestly ruined my weekend. I have always paid my way on websites, and it just left me thinking "why bother" as I did the honest thing by paying and got treated like a criminal.

I totally agree there, totally. It's a sad state of affairs that finding quality sites now is so hard. I think it's a combination of piracy, but also webmasters (as above...) who over-protect their websites and alienate people like me. Other things that stop me joining websites are when you can't save ANYTHING (eg, Anna-Angel). It must surely make a bad situation worse because sure her content isn't being shared, but who would join a website where you can't save anything?! Not me!

Still, I feel a bit guilty and I do hope that apart from the membership issue where he lost a lot of material and used a lot of bandwidth that he made some money off the deal. I'd definitely like to see this site thrive and continue to make porn.

I don't think you should ever feel guilty about it, so long as you download within the limits set out in the terms and conditions. Hopefully if he is losing out, he understands that sometimes it's worth taking a hit to keep members loyal. I know when websites look out for me I'm more inclined to rejoin, even if there's not tons of new content for me.

This thread is really fascinating, and I'm really glad I stumbled across it.

I've had a similar problem (I think) where I was banned from Bryci's website. Unfortunately the webmaster there wasn't so keen on resolving the problem, insisting it was my fault, and as a result I've been blacklisted.

The reason given was either that I shared my username/password, or that I had been ripping content from the site. Neither were true. The webmaster didn't believe me, and to this day still claims I should have read the T&Cs, yet I know I didn't break any.

I'm a pretty low-level user. I never save entire galleries and every single video. I normally just save my favourite pictures from a gallery, or favourite videos.

I am the same in that I use a strong username/password combination (although it might have been automatically assigned there? Can't remember). But I know I didn't share it, and I'm careful what links etc so am pretty confident I wasn't phished.

At the time I had a problem with my ADSL (it kept dropping), so I think what probably happened is that my IP number changed a few times within a matter of a day and was automatically blocked. Reading this maybe my password was somehow obtained?

What irked me was that the webmaster just didn't want to look into it. Had he investigated or listened to me he would understand that I wasn't stealing from him or sharing my password, but he treated me like an asshole from the outset.

All credit to Sinnistar for looking after their customers, as well as their content. I completely respect a webmaster using software to protect their websites, but sometimes they need to use a bit of discretion.
