The site is one that has been discounted by Naughty America. Formerly known as Dirty Latina Maids which was better then the branded "Naughty" version.
Some history on the site had previously been stopped twice before. Had more videos with some lovely latinas from a trip to South America. These had to removed do to the tightening of some american laws.
The site has went through three phase in my mind the start which pretty good the second was my favorite a sort of continuing storyline third was the last 11 which were a bit different.
Some the older videos are in splits only which IMO sucks. The video quality improve in the newer scene but just those few.
If you don't like latin women this site is probably not for you, but if you do it is pretty good paired up with Latin Adultery makes Naughty America a pretty good place for those who like latinas

Bottom Line:
Doctor Adventures is a site about pretty common fantasy: horny doctors that are always ready to fuck some (better all :-)) of their patients (come on guys, who of you didn't dream about it? :-)). The idea is simple: the doctors fucking their patients after a short conversation. And Doctor Adventures is one of the best female doctor/nurse sites I've ever seen.
Doctors are horny, action is hardcore (including some anal) and the quality of the video is very good. The average length of a movie is about 30 minutes and there are XX scenes there.

This site focuses on one of the popular fetishes: nurses and doctors. For the most part, it doesn't take itself too seriously and that is important in this setting. Rather than try making everything realistic, it shows some of the more ridiculous scenarios like a doctor fucking a patient in a wheelchair to fix his paralysis.
The quality on this site is pretty good. I was impressed with the newer scenes. Unfortunately, about 25% of the archive, namely the older movies, were only available in 320x240 files. They were so grainy and jerky that they were hard to watch. After downloading a couple, I skipped the rest and just looked at the newer content.
This site almost feels like an outsider to the rest of the Brazzer's Pass network. While the majority of the sites focus on big-breasted women, this site plays to a different niche. I really wanted to enjoy this site, but it fell way short of my expectaions. With its clunky navigation and lack of eroticism in the photography I guess I only spent 3 hours on the site in the whole month. Its all well and good putting the uniform on the girl but she has to feign some kind of enthusiasm in the set and try to make it interesting for those looking at the sets. It can't be the models themselves, the vast majority of them have appeared in clothing fetish sites and do a good job of arousing the viewer without taking everything off.

I have been a trial member 3 times of this site or other sites that offers access to this particular site. Last time I was a member was a few month ago and this site doesn't seem to have been updated at all in the time it has been available.

Before diving into my review, I must admit that I signed up for the trial membership without any intention of joining for a full month. For me, there isn't any porn site that's worth over $25 a month and that's including multi-site networks. What I found in the site didn't change my mind on the price, but I felt it was only fair to admit I went into the trial already holding a bias.
The navigation for the site is downright awful, although it does allow you to sort the content according to the plot, date, or girl you want to find. Despite this, I found it very confusing and basically thrown together each time new content is added. When looking for content including Veronika Vanoza, for example, a couple of her videos were noted but it directs you to other girls' pages where she isn't the feature star.
Just about all of the content produced for the site is still there and you can view it chronologically so you can catch up. However, all of it plays at very low quality (less than 300kbps in most cases) and although the picture quality is average, both seem very substandard for this type of site.
In my opinion, the high price is due to the high cost associated with the prodcution of Action Girls, which would be perfectly fine if you got to see it in HD. However, what you end up with is a test drive of the lowest level ride in the place along with a hefty bill for your trouble. Join the trial for a look if the niche interests you in the least, but for me that's the end.

-The picture sets drop in quality the further back you go with pre-'06 sets being mostly vidcaps and often without zip options

I've now reviewed most sites on the Naughty America network and some have certainly been better than others. This one certainly wasn't the worst, but it is still far from the best and I fear I'm beginning to sound like a broken record.
Like the rest of NA the newer videos and picture sets are very good quality. However, the further back you go the worse the quality gets and the fewer options are available for downloading. That isn't uncommon as technology improves, but the real problem is the lack of flow to the site with style changes occuring every few months in how the content is organized on each girl's page.
The vids themselves are very predictable and only the reality of better odds for hooking up with a teacher above your best friend's mom make this site more realistic. Most of the "teachers" are pornstars and a number of them provide repeat performances, which can be good or bad depending your preferences. Personally, I found it repetitive and would have liked more variety, but if you like MILF-esque pornstars with a teacher student fantasy scenario you will probably find the site enjoyable.
In the end I found this site to be very middle of the road, being neither terrible or excellent. The full newtork access is nice and the price isn't bad either, yet I still can't really recommend this site very highly and I've already cancelled my rebill. The amount of content is a plus, but if you want cutting edge look elsewhere since I found this one pretty dull.

As you might expect from the title, most of the videos take place in an "office" with the performers wearing business attire, which I find particularly sexy, especially girls in pinstriped suit jackets and thigh high stockings. The theme can get a bit repeitive and the scenarios are pretty laughable, but the quality of the newer videos and the inclusion of real picture sets with each one makes up for it in my opinion.
There are over 125 videos in all going back to 2004, although the quality is only average and the older pic sets are just vidcaps. One big negative for me was the lack of lesbian content, which is also a problem for the network as a whole.
