Pros:
-Amazing scenes. You simply won't find raw girl-girl passion like this anywhere.
-Lots of content. The scene count has grown immensely since the last reviews noted here.
-Great variety of girls. Could definitely use more blacks and european girls, but not really a complaint.
-Great quality. Scenes available in HQ (mp4) or standard (wmv). Standard scenes are 1280x720 as well while being significantly smaller than mp4s.
-Solid download times. 4mb per second seems average but I've noted up to 7mb per second.

I was very pleasantly surprised. A few of the videos seem like strippers who aren't interested in sex making out with guys with big cocks -- as expected. But most seem to be geniune submissions by groups of student friends/peers. I suspect that some of the girls are strippers when they're not in class. There isn't a lot of passion, but there's a lot of openly shared, enthusiastic sex.
Condoms are used about half the time.
The first half or more of each video (they run 30-70 min in general) is conversation and partying -- often with spin the bottle and truth or dare games. Bottom Line:
I'll preface this by saying that this will be, without a doubt, the most disjointed bottom line I've ever written. I'm just going to call it, "Issues". Joining this site was a major disappointment and what follows might tell the story.
I will say that the speed issue I commented on was somewhat resolved. I still can't use FreeDownloadManager, but the "Save As" speed is up to 1.2 mb. Not great, but certainly better than the 200kb I saw in the beginning. Other than this being a strictly amateur site which I absolutely love, that pretty much ends the positives. Here we go...
Normally, I would go into detail about the various file types. GOW seems to go out of their way to make that confusing as hell. You get columns labeled mp4, mpg+wmv and wmv. Then, quite often, you face a cryptic list like this: Source MP4 1080p, Source MP4 720p, High (1024x576 @ 3200k), High (1024x576 @ 3200k), HD (1280x720 @ 4700k), HD (1280x720 @ 4700k), Low (512x288 @ 600K), Low (512x288 @ 600K). On top of that, there are sometimes 5 links that say the same exact thing (e.g. Medium (1920x1080 @ 1500K)) Seemingly duplicate links that link to different files? Same file with slightly different names? I have no clue. I'll just leave it as this - I tried to download only the highest resolution video and was frequently disappointed in the quality of even the newest scenes. Lighting quality, especially on the outdoor scenes was hit or miss.
File naming. Fine on pictures as the name of the model and the set are used. On video? Another nightmare. A lot of the B/G and G/G videos download using the couple's names with no mention of the scene/episode. So, even though a couple has done more than one video, each one has to be renamed so you can download the different videos.
Opened a solo girl video that showed it was the second of 3 parts. Went to the model index to get the other two parts and there were only two videos listed. WHERE'S THE THIRD? Guess I can browse the entire site to see if it's there.

Bottom Line:
This could be an amazing site, but the woeful navigation, lack of updates and missing content all contribute towards a pretty scrappy website at best.
Peachez is a superb performer, particularly since she started doing blowjobs which has added an extra dimension to a site that was previously fairly repetitive. She looks gorgeous with a slim figure, tiny, perky little boobs and a beautiful pair of legs topped by the perfect bum.

Currently 186 galleries, averaging around 100 photos each. Galleries are displayed as thumbnails which animate on mouse-over to show a sample of images, along with the gallery title, number of photos, number of screencaps, date added and member’s rating.
The majority of albums have the option to view images at different dimensions (1024px, 1280px and 1600px). Around a half of galleries have the option to download zips of images in these dimensions. A handful of galleries also link you directly to the corresponding video. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern as to what features are/aren’t available as the oldest gallery I could find had zips available, but a newer one didn’t.
MOVIES:
79 movies with animated thumbnails giving a gist of the video, title, running time and date added. Once you click into the movie there’s a short (often generic) description and a flash video that auto-plays (annoying).
There are plenty of viewing and download options for movies:

- 1500k and 3000k MP4, Quicktime and WMV
I have a big problem with aspect ratios from videos that I’ve downloaded. Most seem to display in VLC as a perfect square, so you have to set the aspect ratio manually. This seems to be a problem in post-production as the video watermark actually extends beyond the right-hand side of the video into the black bars on the side meaning the video doesn’t fill the screen at fullscreen.
THE CONTENT:
Peachez is an experienced performer and has been online for something like ten years. For collectors, though, you’ll be frustrated to find that this isn’t a full archive of Sarah’s work. There is a lot of missing content, including more recent blowjobs. The site just seems to be coasting along doing the bear minimum it can to keep subscriptions up. A lot of content is new (one of her recent BJ videos mentioned it being 2013), but it appears a lot of the content is rotated. Updates are also incredibly sporadic – several updates from 12-13 March, but nothing since.
THE WEBSITE:
The website is massively buggy/incomplete with lots of features that don’t work or aren’t being used properly. Here’s a few examples:
NAVIGATION: You can only sort updates by name, date or popularity. Sorting by date doesn’t seem to work as, for example, when you sort movies the most recent is 2012, but then there’s a few from 2010, 2009 and then 2013.
There is no way to filter by genre because keywords haven’t been set up. So if you want to view her blowjob videos, you have to go through every page. Worse still, sometimes it’s not obvious what videos are blowjobs and what are not because they have such vague names (eg, ‘4th of July’). The search box at the top hasn’t been configured properly as it contains irrelevant categories like ‘MILF’, ‘Busty’ etc (not relevant for Peachez).
BROKEN FEATURES: Girlfriends comes up with an error saying ‘insert code here’, My Store redirects to a domain holding page, Forums redirects to the RealPeachez home page and FAQ is blank.
There is also an alphabetized navigation bar across the top which, whatever letter you click on, takes you to the same update. Obviously it’s just a website template that hasn’t been set up properly. Even on the preview side of the site there’s a few broken links (including the ‘join’ link in several places).
NO LONGER UPDATING: The following pages no longer seem to be updated: Our Models (last updated February 2013), Journal (last updated April 2012), and Blog (last updated January 2013). Site-wide, there hasn’t been an update since March 2013 (not even rotated content)
SUMMARY:
If you’re new to Sarah, you could do worse things than join her website, but if you have followed her work for any number of years, her site is buggy, incomplete, poorly updated and rather disappointing. The amount of new, unseen content and lack of updates do nothing to justify the price.

I didn't pay a lot for this network so I'm trying to be generous, but i can't lie and say I'm satisfied. I'm not.
The potential is so high, and the delivery so bad. Bad production, bad UI, bad marketing (don't tell me you update if you don't). Some of the sites have videos that were started and not finished (or the rest of the video is slowly being dolled out with 1 minute long updates. To be honest I haven't even bothered to check that claim cause it's too much of a pain. Who want to wait a month to see the next minute of video?)

The site theme is supposed to be amateur videos that are shot at home by amateurs.
There are a few videos I've seen from this site that I thought were good. But trying to search through the site to find those videos is a time-consuming task, because the search function is crap, there is no listing of models with a thumbnail to identify what the models look like, the names given to the models are apparently random, so even if you know what you are looking for, it's a question of whether you will run out of patience before you find it.
This site is a little better than Young Sex Partes because I think the models are a little more attractive. But the videos don't compare to the high quality videos found at quality teen sites. Well folks as you might see I owe you a review since 2008. So after joining sexy-employee.com again here it is: The site is online since 2006 (Release history at models-, update-, gallery- and videosection)the best unique stuff was released 2006-2008. Especially 2006 sexy-employee has released stuff with awesome big boob models like Brenda, Simi, Petra Mis, Arlette etc. and pornpendant to Scarlett Johansson, Scarlett A. After this golden period still an excellent choice of beauties but its a mix of POV and so called mainstream-studio content. Overall: Worth to join and support those small sites. I was told by the owner that 1 Simi vid got 10.000.000 views as illegal uploaded stuff at a major tubesite contrary to the sign up rate nowadays so Mike is very pissed off.

Right thought I'd make a review on my thought on this network. First off its not the cheapest of sites at $29.99 but you do get access to 12 sites.
It gives you 2 updates a day which is fair enough I think and overall there's a fair amount of content all together to keep you busy for a good while.
I have to say the reason I joined this site is because they tempted me in with the pretty Czech girls on the Czech parties preview and when I'd joined I immediately felt disappointed. Mainly I think it was clever previews to entice and then I quickly realized some of the girls were not all that cute to be honest and some of the camera work to left me bored cause it was basically a guy holding a handycam whilst he had sex with these girls, yeah it give the amateur feel which sometimes I love but you do miss on on so much cause the camera stay in one view point for far too long, I ended up being bored to be honest.

Now lastly and this site I was so glad about as its been my highlight and that's the casting videos. This whole network has been one long disappointment. I didn't have high hopes (with $30/year I wasn't expected the world't best website). That said they managed to fall below my low expectations.
The girls on the site are plenty hot, and the content itself is raunchy (I do so love raunchy porn). But the quality is poor, the updates are lacking, the organization is nearly non-existent. When I look for good things to say - I have a hard tie coming up with anything.

Currently 308 galleries, approximately 80 photos each. If you hover over the gallery thumbnails they animate to show a sample of images inside. You can sort galleries by most recent or by name.
All images are downloadable, feature a small, translucent watermark and can either be viewed at 1500px or 4000px. Zips are not available, and batch download programmes are prohibited, which is a big mark against the site as it’s hugely time-consuming to download images. You can’t right-click thumbnails and download link because the high-res images are placed onto a web page, so you’d download this, not the image. It makes the concept of even downloading a sample of images quite a bewildering prospect. The majority of the points deducted from giving the site a perfect score are because of this, and I’m not even a huge photo collector.
Currently there are no hardcore galleries. Most galleries feature Bryci enjoying her own company in the form of strip-tease and/or masturbation with or without toys. She’s extremely charismatic in front of the camera and oozes confidence. Most updates are shot in and around the house in the bedroom, bathroom etc, but any updates outside are well-lit and still very polished.

Videos are excellently shot. The majority are softcore with Bryci stripping and playing with toys or masturbating, recent videos feature hardcore. Currently there are six hardcore videos (since March) so although there’s not too much at the moment, it’s being added frequently so will build up quickly.
The first two were artistically shot (in the dark or behind shower curtain), and although and the next was poorly lit, the others are well shot. Most hardcore has so far been POV, but the most recent had a version shot POV, and one from a second camera. Bryci’s foray into hardcore is confident and assertive, and although already impressive, I’m sure technically the videos will improve in terms of lighting, angles etc as more and more content is added.
Most videos are in the region of 10-15 minutes long. Webcam videos are also mixed in with video updates and are around an hour long.
SUMMARY:
Bryci is wonderful, and her site does her justice. There’s a lot of bonus content on her site, and plenty of relevant bonus sites you’ll like if you like Bryci. The difficulty of saving images is a big mark against the site, while most other criticisms are minor at best.

To go into some more detail about my (seemingly) conflicting pros and cons:
-There are a lot (almost 2000) of models on this site. However, especially more recently, they seem to be either a fake-breasted "MILF-ish" variety, super slim 18-year old, or big-asses. As always, there are exceptions, but they seem few and far between.
-There is the ability to select a lot of different categories, but there is no ability to perform combinations. The site only allows a type of scene, type of model and location combination. So, if you want "Brown Eyes" and "POV" you are out of luck.
-There are a ton of scenes to select and many sites to choose from. However, most of the scenes follow a standard format of: build a brief story, remove clothes, oral, few positions, cumshot. It is hard to describe, as that is porn in a nutshell, but there are times when the positions, order, and general happenings feel nearly identical between the scenes, especially when on the same sub-site (of which there are 37, raging from MILFs to Teens).
Pros:
-There are typically 2-3 updates per day
-The camerawork and overall presentation of the videos was well done. While I felt that there was some tedium in the action, I appreciated the angles and framing that they used. I never felt that they stuck with a view too long, especially extreme closeups or extreme angles that I personally find tiresome.
To elaborate on my cons:
-The HD videos are only 720 instead of the 1080 available on many other sites. A few of the videos were very large, especially for the length of video (1GB for 22 mins).
-There seems to be a lack of models who are thin and/or athletic and have breasts (even moderately-sized ones). I kept getting the feeling that most of the C and above size breasts were silicone or on a "thicker" model. While I do not mind that every once in a while, I felt there were too few models to fit this gap in their offering.
-There as a popup ad after each login that had to be closed and was quite annoying.
Maybe a con for some:
-There is not a lot of harder material if you are into that. There are only 4 DP scenes and only about 340 anal scenes, so people who like a little more than b/g or g/g might find the content lacking.
Overall, I bough a month membership when it was on sale and did not regret my purchase. I enjoyed the month on the site, but I had reached my fill by the end of the month. I would recommend the site if you want to sign up for a month on sale, but I plan on check out their direct competitors (RK, Bangbros, NA) before signing up again.
