Got immediately biiled with two other subscriptions I did not select. There has been no receipt mail for signing up for these two subscriptions. I just see two items in my credit card biling, but I have no idea for which sites actually they want money. Thus, there is no chance of cancellation.
I ignored others warnings and decided to sign up. Bad mistake. Got billed for sites I didn't want. When I attempt to cancel the online site says they can't find my account. Even though I log in with the same information to gain access to the site. Emails are ignored. This is the last time I sign up with a site that DOESN"T have an independent biller.
I had a membership on this site about 4 years ago and liked it very much, but after reading all of the negative comments about the clever ways that they have figured out to take your money I decided to join another site instead. I am particularly concerned that the webmaster rarely replies to the complaints and doesn't seem to care. I guess the money they make ripping off their customers more than makes up for people like me who walk away.

The review says there are no download limits, and there are no limits mentioned in the terms and conditions or on the support page, but there are download limits. I downloaded about 9 vids and got a message that the daily download limit was exceeded. So there are download limits, there just never disclosed to the users until you are shut out.
i paid for a membership yesterday, and 24 hours later i still cannot log in using my verified user / password. should have listened to the other reviews. seems like a site with this kind of high quality focus on content would have a better tech team!!
I joined Bangbros earlier this year, but canceled after being double billed. Maybe it has gotten better, but they have virtually non-existent customer support. I emailed them about the double billing and did not receive a response for well over a week. I find that level of customer service to be pretty poor, also canceling was quite a chore.
They have some attractive girls and a nice archive, but the video quality of their scenes could be better (best I have seen is 720p) and it seems a lot of their websites are no longer updating or updates are infrequent at best. Can any recent or current members confirm it is still the same in regards to billing/support/canceling or has it gotten better?
I joined Mofos almost two weeks ago and everything seemed fine.
Today I received two email confirmations and receipts from the biller showing that I had joined MofosCams and that I then racked up $120 in charges. I did no such thing. I contacted both Mofos and the biller and to my pleasant surprise they emailed me with a phone number, which I promptly called.
They reviewed the account and saw evidence that it had been hacked and they closed the account and credited me back the charges.
This is the first time this has ever happened to me. If you're a Mofos member, check your email and watch your credit card statement.
I joined BangBros yesterday and just after my first log in i realized that not only BanBros is unlocked but also: Dancing Bear, Haze Her, College Rules, CFNM Show, Brandi Belle and Busty Adventures.
I only joined BangBros and im afraid that they will charge me for all the sites listed. Anyone experienced the same?
Based on the review or comment, I figured I'd try the site since there is a filter for uncensored. There is indeed a filter but it doesn't work! Or maybe these gents (or dames) have a different idea of the meaning of censorship. I contacted the biller, Epoch. At first, they told me to take it up with the site. I told them baloney, which it is... don't ever let a provider get away with saying that ... and I was gonna contact my bank to get a chargeback. They immediately refunded my money, like within 20 seconds.
I honestly don't know how anyone can enjoy a censored porn film but to each his own.
Just a mild warning: the majority of all updates these days seem to be POV scenes! So if you're not a big fan of blurry butts wobbling around your screen, you might be dissapointed of the left over scenes, like I was.

Before my purchase, I `chatted` with support and SPECIFICALLY asked - `If I cancel, and renew at a later date, does my Wicked account renew, as well?`. . . The answer was `Yes`. . . Upon not being able to log-in with Wicked (after renewing Brazzers this week) I `chatted` again. This time, the answer was `You had access to Wicked - as long as your ORIGINAL Brazzers Membership was active - I guess the label `LIFETIME` is a tad misleading, huh!!!! You`ve been warned.
This network has always been pretty poor in comparison to some of the other ones like Realitykings and Bangbros, but now it seems even worse. You used to get like 2 or 3 previews to watch before it would bring you to the sign up page, which was already worse than Bangbros and Realitykings where you can watch as many as you want, but now you can't even do that. Every trailer cuts off after about 1/4 or halfway telling now so you can literally watch 0 without signing up, lol. What a joke
Do not join this site. Webmaster has ridiculous rules about download limits and kicks people off the site. I was kicked off after being billed for my second month, two emails and a week later I still do not know why. I tried to follow the strict guidelines to using the site, but was still kicked out - after they took my second month membership fee of course. If I did something wrong why not notify me up front and give me a warning? I feel I was just ripped off.
Cancellation means you lose remaining days of subscription?
Just tried to cancel Brazzers using the online form. Site says I will lose access NOW if I cancel. Is this true? I have 29 days left on my subscription, so apparently I lose those days as soon as I cancel. I have subscribed to this site many times and cancelled without losing remaining days. Any one know if this is the site's new policy?
1. No high-quality pictures :( When I download the video, I can choose "watch picture gallery" and then "download zip". But with the half dozen sets I tried, pics are not above FHD resolution, total size of gallery 10-80MB.
I want to download picture sets alongside the corresponding video set.
Any suggestions how I can get good pictures?
2. All the sites look the same. Can I change that? I would prefer seeing the original look of the sites (and have the possibilities to download material as if I were a member of the sites). Or are all the sites integrated into one?
3. The sets have no name! So when there is more than one set of a Model in a site, it is difficult to have a good structure and being able to see what I've already downloaded when I return.
