The video quality is still good. But finding anything is difficult. Terrible navigation. No pornstar index. This site used to be awesome. But it has changed to 2009.dvdstore.com/ instead of dvdstore.com, you can tell by TPB's screenshot which is outdated and of the old site. One visit to the site and you'll know what I'm talking about.
I joined under the 24 hour temp. access for $1.00. I cancelled the same day (4 hours later). I received an email from support@spanetworks.com confirming that my acess was cancelled and that I wouldn't be charged more than $1. For 2 months, I was charged the monthly rate. I emailed them twice, no call and no results.
I use windows media player.
I downloaded a bunch of scenes at the highest resolution.
But they wouldn't play. It just says "Problem Opening File" for all of them - or some such BS.
It's a great-looking, substantial website, but as far as I can tell, it just doesn't work right. Don't put down your $30 without buying the trial to see if it works on your PC.
I know I've ranted about this before and I probably will again, but there is nothing about this site that is amateur! A quick look at the tour page reveals several pornstars included in the updates. Gia Paloma, Kasey Kox, and Aurora Snow, while beautiful girls, have been around the block several times.
I understand that much of the initial information on a site like this comes from the producers of the site, but I had identified pros within 5 seconds of hitting the tour page. As someone who looks hard for amateur content, this kind of thing just adds to the numerous search results that become very difficult to narrow down.
If anything can be done to make sure this stuff is correctly marked as pornstar content, it would really help those of us looking for true amateurs.
This the most expensive rip off I've yet encountered. No where is it mentioned that $9.00 is nothing more then a limited TRIAL. True, you can download all the videos but only in " medium quality". This download takes forever and the quality is like watching a movie behind a glass shower door. The first thing encountered is an " invitation" to upgrade for nothing more then five year old well circulated DVD'S. You've been warned!
I just wasted 1 dollar for a trial membership that only allowed me to view a small portion of the content. So then I upgraded to a full membership (should be a fool membership)and wasted 49 dollars. The download speed is so slow I could watch all of the paint in the world dry and still not have a complete file downloaded. This site would be the best one I had ever seen if they fixed the DL speed. Also, don’t buy a membership to their other sites, they have the same problems. When I contacted the site support about the download speed they tried to tell me that the site downloads at 300k/s +. I highly recommend that the main reviewers down grade their scores for this site.
For all I know this is a wonderful site, worthy of a high score. Unfortunately because I could not download any movies, either to an error message - you are not allowed to download off this port - or even better "page cannot be found".
My first email got a speedy reply, assuming I am a moron it advised me to right click and use save as - I replied that I had tried this to no avail. I got another reply saying my username/password had been checked and was fine, but then got no more replies.
This is the kicker, when you have a problem and it is quickly resolved you are inclined to look even more favourably on a site, but in this case I went from frustrated to downright angry.
I guess you get what you pay for so my recommendation would have to be to avoid this site at all costs if you want to download any content
The "temporary" problems are still continuing - although download speeds have improved, all too often the site freezes or crashes entirely - I cant see myself extending my subscription
