Just got a notice that my membership had expired despite the fact that I still have almost 3 weeks to go. They weren't slow in cutting me off either! That's why I appreciate Billing Companies like Epoch and CCBill who have never made a mistake like that in connection with a cancellation. I sent KarupsOW an email and we'll see how promptly they re-instate me, if at all.
Update: I finally got a response after three emails and apparently there's a glitch with their Billing Company that affects users who signed up around Jan. 15 and later. They are working to resolve it and will add additional days to the subscription as a compensation. Review being restored to its original score.
I was browsing around and took a peek at the site. Clicked a girl's thumb and it took me to the join page. Whoops! But we know that's pretty common. My mistake (was hoping for an enlargement or more sample pics, like they do at ATK Galleria).
Clicked to close the window and ... a box came up offering an unspecified "last minute discount." At the same time, another box came up with lines showing up (being typed) from a "live agent," it said. I think someone was there, reaching out to help me.
I finally figured out how to escape with my virtual, window-shopping self.
Just wondering if there's any reliable research that shows this kind of approach works. Me, I'll just go in and rejoin some day. Devi looks like being part of the "rationale."
I joined Karups PC several years ago. In the meantime, I moved and got a new card. You cannot (as far as I can tell) cancel from the EENT page, and I have emailed support quite a few times, gotten only one response, and silence after that. They revamped the site, and I can no longer access it, but my money is going into the black hole.
I keep going back to this site time and time again, tempted to finally take the plunge and subscribe and there's always something to stop me from doing so. This time the fly in the ointment is found in their limited tour.
How the heck can you judge the quality of their videos if they offer you a "reduced quality sample" only? The end effect is that those who are interested in videos will say, "I'm going to stay clear of this site because I'm not quite sure what I'll get!"
membership and cancel a few days later, then, exactly two days later, you are not allowed anymore in the site. I signed on February the 24TH and cancelled the 25th, well, soon enough, on February the 27th i can't access the site.
This is what they write to you when you join the site: "Your transaction has been processed by EENT, Inc. through RSBilling. You can cancel at any time and your membership will continue for the remainder of your subscription. After the initial period (30 days) you will be billed 29.90 every 30 days."
It seems that they do not fulfill their promises.
And be sure that i have typed endless times my username, password and the verification code.
On february the 27th i received this e-mail: "Dear KarupsHA Member,
You are receiving this e-mail because your membership is expiring today. We thank you for being a member and hope to see you again sometime in the future. We have recently created Facebook and Twitter pages for our fans & members, where you can get sneak peeks of new models that continue to be added regularly."
So i was member for a total of four days, some deal i made.
"It sounds like a possible case of a false positive. If you would like to send us the zip file in question, we would be happy to scan it and confirm a false positive. You can send the zip file to us at..."
My apology to Karups! Sorry for impugning your reputation! The zip file in question caused a "false positive" for some reason.
Karups is and has been a safe and reliable source for adult content. Thank you for your understanding in working to clear this up!
Seeing that the webmaster of this site seems so responsive I thought I'd ask the question here.
This is for the subscribers to the site: Are the sets a good mixture of "portrait" and "landscape" style or are they shot mostly in "portrait?"
This is for the webmaster: If they are mostly "portrait" is there any chance of getting the photographers to take more pictures in my favorite format. To me it's a joy to see the whole screen of my monitor taken up by picture. "Portrait" with today's pics takes either too much scrolling, or too much reducing.
I figured i'd make this a comment rather than edit my review, since I doubt anyone would notice that.
I'm going through the older pic archives and for many sets, probably more than a dozen so far, the first four or five pages are simply repeated, extending the set to eight or nine pages. Naturally this makes the zip-file larger and you wind up with a bunch of superfluous files.
Is this an accident or is it done intentionally? If it's accidental, might I suggest fixing it? If it's intentional, I'd ask what the purpose of it is?
I've avoided downloading certain zips I otherwise would have wanted because of this doubling-up issue.
I am a bit confused about the two sites, Karup's Private Collection and this site, Karup's Hometown Amateurs. Basically, what is the difference between the two sites? Anyone that can help me with this distinction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
I'm considering joining Karup's PC, as I greatly enjoyed their Hometown Amateurs site. Just one question: is there shared content across both sites, or is the content wholly different? I notice several models in the welcome tour that it seems to me appeared at the HA site. If there is a small amount of shared content, I can live with that, but would be disappointed if there is too much.
Are You sure that the content is exclusive ?
I see in some previews some Teenmegaworld model and a recent scene that is clearly taken from that Company.
So, I ask to the current/previous member: is the review correct when it says "exclusive content" ?
Comments here are great for warnings and other kinds of mutual guidelines/observations for fellow PUs.

It seems like these people takes their job/site - and their costumers - serious. No funny-bussiness or beating around the bush: Just well done sites with fine updates all week. Ending this membership-term soon, but will be back again and again....
Just one thing, though: Wish you guys would make more/even better HD-videos in the future.
Just an FYI. I know this is a little outdated, but it still conveys the message. I downloaded the entire site August of 2007, I know that was may months ago, but the site was 103 GB of photos and 103 GB of videos for a total of 206 GB! I am sure it has grown a bit since then. So keep this in mind when deciding on membership options if you want to download the entire site. Or are looking for a hard drive to store it on, better go with at least a 300 GB for this one. If anyone has a more up to date quote please post it.
Also at that time there were about 540,000 photos in about 5,000 sets.
Karups PC still has their wheels on the track. Did a review a year ago, joined second time half a year ago and then again now.
First: they have a far better design and better navigation now. Full photo-sets in zip and it seem an even better update, too.
It's a bit amazing with the amount of photosets/videos - where both is getting (a bit) better in quality - and this time I also found some rare/great models (Elise and Hannah - two cute teen brunettes - and Kyra (only photos, alas).
Karups PC still has two problem: The videos are not entirely crisp and most are divided into two (solo) or four (hc) parts. A small amount of hc-videos have full file download.
It's to be recommended - and BTW: They have no hanky-panky about currencies...the 29.95 - in dollars!
Does anyone know if the pic sizes are larger now with good detail. I looked at the review on here and it says "1500X1000". That's pretty small for today. I have a pretty decent sized monitor.
My review may not reflect this but anything that has been offered to their subscribers during the (approx) last 2 years by this site has been outstanding, technically and esthetically, and I've had a good time downloading all kinds of photo sets and videos because of their high quality.
I still have a problem with all the enhanced breasts but there's such a wealth of material that I can leave those to the BB enthusiasts and still get enough to satisfy me, even within my narrow niche of sexy lingerie. (Thanks otoh and Cap'n for giving me that little push to sign on!) Definitely a thumbs up for the modern version of Karups! I would say for the old Karups as well but I do prefer HD and 1500px pictures.
Just joined again to Karups PC and HA and noticed that they now have full video download options and they are higher quality videos than what they used to have. This is much better than the 2-4 part splits of movies they had in the past.
HOWEVER, they still only have around 2-4 screen caps per video which is extremely lacking. I said it in my review and I will say it again, it's very hard to get a general idea of whether a scene will contain what you want to see from 2-4 screen caps. Please increase this Karups.

Man, what a paysite!!! - in these days and compared to a lot others.
Not that the pix are so fantastic in resolution, nor the vids.
But a lot better than some years ago.
But foremost: Going through that massive content of well known - and especially not so well known models for just a couple of hours - I'm amazed...vids and sets of girls I've never seen before - and that's the amazing part for this user..thought I knew them all (most). And even if Karups still got a serious problem with modelnames /alias.
Some flaws, of course..........but Karups is a good old site to rely on, it seems...... be back with a review...
I was a member here a few years ago and loved the site, but when it came time to cancel I wound up having to email the webmaster and threaten to put a stop on my credit card. I hope this problem is taken care of. Probably is, since I see no mention of it in any of the reviews.
Mmm, there is this very cute girl named Kayla on the site, with a pseudo-tattoo over her private area (its not an ink tattoo, it looks more like a super sun-burned in outline of a heart). Wish I knew where to find more content of her. KarupsHA is one of the few sites with hardcore b/g content of this girl.
Any current/ past members had a problem with Karupsha's payment processor?
I've been checking out this site. The only thing is the payment processer EENT? Never heard of that one before. I usually go through ccbill. Any current members had a problem cancelling or logon through this processer?
The payment processor is a big deal if I don't recognise it. This issue alone can turn away members.
Just subscribed today and while it works great for viewing and downloading photos, I can't download any videos. I can stream the new HD ones that have flash videos available and I can download the HD but any video from less then this year I can't download.
I also can't use my download manager, is that normal for this site? Everytime I try it, it saves it as a html page that when I bring up takes me to the members login area. So not really sure what's going on. Anybody have any ideas?

UPDATE: Not really sure what happened but I guess Firefox got corrupted or something. Tried downloading the photos and videos on another PC also using Firefox and they worked fine. So decided to come back to this one and update Firefox. Everything has worked fine since then.
As for download managers, once I allowed "third party cookies" in Firefox, DownThemAll worked perfectly for queing up and downloading/resuming the zips/videos. So my thoughts on the side have went up a ton since signing up.
Well I like the fact that they offer some of the hottest models that can be seen on AO30 too. High res pictures with 1500px on the long side seem to be a newer feature (have to clarify that) as some of the models I was hunting for that have been shot in 2006 only have sets with 1024px on the long side.
An in all the site's design is somewhat plain and I'd like to see improved navigation e.g. when searching for sets you get a nice list with thumbnails but clicking on the model's name you end up with the set movie and not on the model's summary page. Oh, and b.t.w. no - nothing, nada - information about the models is given.
Download speed is very good at the moment as I constantly reach more than 600KB/s (maximum speed of my connection) using GetRight in order to download content with my favourite models.
Right now I'm quite happy that I joined this site as there's a lot of stuff to see and some dead gorgeous models. Focus for most members seems to be that a girl needs to have big boobies. Well that's not true for me but still I find enough good content to be busy for the next few hours :-).
After seeing the better design and larger pics at Karups Hometown Amateurs, I decided to e-mail KarupsPC and inquire. Just got a reply that they are doing a major site overhaul, but that it could take two or more months to complete, as they have so much content to work into the new design.
It will include a movies search, movies included with the indexed models, and "high res photos," among other things.
