As of July 28, 2014 Amateur Allure has partnered with four other sites to offer some licenced scenes. Currently there are ten scenes each from Fucked Hard 18, Gloryhole Swallow, Jules Jordan and Mr. POV. According to the announcement more will be added each week. A Fucked Hard 18 scene will be added on Mondays, a Jules Jordan scene will be added on Tuesdays, a Mr. POV scene will be added on Wednesdays and a Gloryhole Swallow scene will be added on Thursdays. The usual weekly Amateur Allure scene will be uploaded on Fridays. I’m familiar with all of those sites and the uploads seem to be older material.
I’m a big fan of Amateur Allure and it has been my all-time favorite porn site since I first joined back in January. I hope that these changes will bring in more members that will then allow the crew to continue to make their exclusive scenes. It certainly adds a lot of value to a membership even the site does cost more than the average site membership.
If anyone from the site reads this I’d like to make two suggestions that might also be effective in bringing in more revenue:
Remaster the hundreds of older scenes that are already on the site. They are currently only available as QuickTime videos and are broken down into three segments. I’m not technically minded, but if it was possible to stitch the three segments together into one full scene and convert them to a more common file type that would be a great bonus for members. The video quality would obviously be lower but having better access to the older scenes would be great.
Consider a loyalty discount. Once currency is converted the membership costs me $40 per month and with four scenes being added per month that means that I cancel my membership and rejoin for a month every three or four months to keep the cost per scene more reasonable. If they dropped the monthly price to perhaps $20 for rebills I’d probably just sign up and stay a member for as long as the site’s around. I suspect that most members are like me in that the first time you join there is extensive downloading going on but subsequent memberships are low use since all I’m doing is getting a dozen or fewer updates.
German Goo is still ripping off users, just from a new location. freeones.com has allowed German Goo to post ads even after thebestporn.com delisted the site for numerous unresolved user complaints regarding improper billing and cancellation practices.
I've never been a member at this site and likely never will be. I was surprised at the number of people who reported the same problems over and over. And I was really surprised that the webmaster seemed so concerned and involved yet nothing ever got resolved. If it was the site, shame on them. If it was the biller, then the site should have severed that relationship quickly.
The sad part is that this looks like it might be a case of a good and unique site being destroyed by a third-party biller.

Since the date I joined last month I wanted to cancel my membership so it did not recur. I have been trying and trying and trying to cancel it over and over to no avail! I am about to be billed again in a week and I can not afford it. They also signed me up to myporndownloads.com, which I did not realize until my membership was processed and confirmed. I am stuck with two fucking bills I can not repeatedly pay. I have only gotten an automated message from centrobill (once, out of the many times I tried to contact them) saying they would be in contact with me soon. This was about two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I sent a message to customer support at the germangoogirls.com website as well and it took several days until I finally got a response. I got a message from Marie, in an unprofessional manner, asking me to stay longer and I said no, that I wanted both my subscriptions cancelled. I was told that, if confirming my request to cancel, I would be assured the fastest response possible and I have not heard shit from them since the date I got that email. I was not even told that it would be cancelled after my reply, only that I would be 'assured the fastest response.' Either these people are frauds or they are fucking idiots and I am tired of the stress I have been carrying with me over the possibility of being billed again when I can not afford another charge to their website! Do not sign up to germangoogirls.com, or any website that uses centrobill! Complete unprofessional frauds that will steal your money! Be warned!
I recently checked my cc balance and noticed that I have been repeatedly billed by ggg although I thought I cancelled my subscription 5 months ago. I checked the billing site and found out that my subscription was still active, so I cancelled it again.
Checking my email account, I found out that they had sent me an email 5 months ago, saying something like "we would like to keep you as a customer. If you still want to cancel, respond to this email with a reason."
Basically: they expect you to read and reply to their email in order to complete your cancellation! If you do NOT reply, your subscription will remain active, regardless if you hit the "cancel my sub" button on the billing site or not. This silent agreement thing is unacceptable in my books and I will stay FAR away from any site that charges through this biller.
Also, my new attempt to cancel the subscription was ignored. No email, no nothing, I'm still a member of this site, whether I want it or not.
This site seems like scam. Very bad quality movies.
I tried to sign up and got an offer of 1 month for 14.95 USD. I'm very disappointed. Just after signing up someone tried to use the credit card for about 1500 USD in the US. I haven't been there in this period and the card was new.
I am trying to cancel the rebill since mid January. Inititally I was contacted and I was offered bonus content when I kepp my subscription.I replied and expressed that I still wanted to cancel. Of course there was no reaction from Centrobill and the web form does not seem to work.
I contacted the suport numerous times and I have also tried Nicky from Eurorevenue as the actual content host.
Of course radio silence.
I have been rebilled now and despite numerous submissions via the contact form for refunds on the centrobill website there was no response but auto messages.
Does anybody else has still issues cancelling the subscription?
Here's my less than stellar experience with Centrobill. It does have a (sort of) happy ending.
Ten days prior to the re-bill date for an annual German Goo Girls account, I went to the Centrobill website, clicked the 'consumer' button, looked up my GGG account, and clicked the 'cancel' button. Instead of the expected result, the webpage displayed the vague message "Your request has been forwarded to customer service".
No details provided about 'customer service', no contact info, no reference number, no e-mail. A day later I got a teaser e-mail from Marie at e-support24 suggesting "If you stay with us, we'll give you access to some additional sites". I replied with "No thanks - please cancel".
Several days later and Centrobill still showed the GGG account in the same state: active and set to rebill early in Jan 2014.
I sent e-mails to support at Centrobill (with cc: to e-support24) requesting cancellation status. Autobot e-mail responses received from Centrobill.
Tried calling the 877 number - this appears to be hard-wired to an answering machine. (Centrobill, e-support24 and EuroRevenue all share this same number, btw).
After several more days of silence, I sent more e-mails and got more autobot responses.
Three days after the re-bill date, a charge from Centrobill showed up on my CC account.
I sent another (strongly worded) e-mail. Autobot response.
Note that all e-mails I sent were thread-complete.
Finally (mid-Jan 2014), an e-mail from Marie at e-support24 stating:
We have already processed the issue but it can take a while till you get the refund. Due to bank procedure it will take up to seven business days. In case you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
The e-mail had no direct contact info for Marie.
Three days after Marie's e-mail, a refund from Centrobill was posted to my CC account. So, yay! to that and Thank You, Marie.
In summary: the Centrobill cancel process and is hard to use and evidently requires support staff to manually process cancellations. E-mails to e-support24 will be answered ... eventually. E-mails to Centrobill support result in semi-useless autobot responses. Calling the Centrobill 877 number is a waste of time and effort.
While Centrobill did eventually make good, they had use of my funds for +10 days. IMO: a questionable business practice.
Though GGG does have interesting content, I'll not do business with them again nor with any other site that uses Centrobill/e-support24.
You may wish to consider this and other related user comments before activating an account with GGG/Centrobill.
Creditcard Fraud!! Please read if you are a victim too.
This website makes it impossible to cancel your subscription: they deliberately make it as obscure as possible to explain to you how you can end your subscription. They only give you one option - requesting via an online chatform on this webpage: http://e-support24.com/ . And that webpage is "broken". Any emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org are only anwered by some vague automated messages, leading you to believe they HAVE received your request to cancel, but then will bill you again.
Not directly relates with this creditcare scam is, but indicating this company isn't very bonafide:
-the fact that they sell all your private information (including real name!!) to spammers, and your emailaccount will get spammed from the day you sign up with them
-when subscribing to this website they try to trick you in a very sneaky way to sign up for another (payed!) website that you never asked for.
Look at the other complaints on this website and see how the webmaster "Sumom Ltd"/"Nicky" always reacts within hours, telling you about a "communication problem" that is "unacceptible", requesting you to either email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
This shows that they CAN respond to you almost immediately. However, when you do: again no response.
I tried 4 times now: no reaction.
The only way to stop this is via the creditcard companies. If you are a victim too, and they have taken money from your account after you tried to cancel: Please, inform your credit card company:
-their Tos, especially 7.4, which clearly states there is only ONE way to cancel the subscription
-explain how that webpage that is referred to in 7.4 is dysfunctional
-make sure you keep your emails that you have send to them, indicating you want to cancel your subscription
-provide them with links to this, and other review websites, which have comments from others that have been scammed.
Personally I have a contact within Mastercard, and make sure they will take action. But it is important that other companies are also warned.
Obviously, the billing company is seperate from GermanGooGirls, and their next step - after this method gets blocked, they will simply change company, and it starts over again.
For now, it is absolutely advisable to stay away from this website. If they do decide to better their lives - which I hope, because I like their content! - there are ways to check this before you sign up.
So, if you do want to sign up, do these checks:
-look in their FAQ and see if they give you a clear and simple answer on the question how you can end your subscription
-be very careful if they still try to trick you to sign up for other websites that you haven't asked for; if this is the case, you can be sure they will try to steal from you in other ways too.
Also, it would be a VERY good idea if this website also would give a clear warning..

I see I am not the only one that has troubles with this company; I have been a member before, also then I cancelled after the first term of subscription ended because there didn't seem to be a proper way to end the account, but at least, back then, it worked, and my account got actually cancelled.
This time: the online webform doesn't work, and there is NO proper response to any emails in which I indicat I want to cancel my subscription. Although, in their automated responses they clearly indicate that they know I want to cancel, but they simply don't do it and bill my credit card again.
But that's not all: also a few days after I subscribed the spam started coming. Spam that used my real name! I have never ever given my real name using this email account; the only exception being when I became a member of GermanGooGirls.com
It is therefore very clear that they, or their billing company, are responsible for selling this information.
This is what I don't understand: GGG make one of the best porn movies, and their excellent website are loaded with exclusive high quality movies. And then they decide to treat the people that are willing to pay for this content like this; if you are honest enough to pay for it, they steal from you, and as a reward your name gets used for spam.. I mean really.. Is this the way to fight piracy??

Centrobill ignores that I want to cancel my ggg membership. I try it with the function "Cancel membership", after this I want to contact the support. The message function does't work.
I send a message to the support of the ggg-site. No reaction. What can I do?
On January 2nd I subscribed to a 2 day trial membership on germangoogirls.com. On that very day I decided to cancel that membership. The "cancel membership"-form on Centrobill's site didn't lead to a result, so I used "contact support" on the very next day (still during the trial period). I got an email, if I really wanted to quit which I answered that they should proceed with the cancellation. To that I got no further answer and the membership stayed active and I've been charged 39,95EUR though I cancelled before the end of the trial period. After that I addressed Centrobill once more using "Apply for refund", but haven't gotten any information. I also tried centrobill's support email, but my membership's still active :(
GGG's billing service 'CentroBill' ignores cancellation of my membership and keeps on billing me. You only get useless automated responses to emails from CentroBill!
It's a shame that a website has to resort to such fraudulent practices.
I've recently had membership to 'cumfortune'.
I like the site! A lot! The interface is clumsy---even clunky, but the operator (the photographer is the owner/producer) is continuously making improvements---the site isn't static,----- there are some truly phenomenal videos on the site, exhilarating. You will be well impressed. There are close enough to 300 videos, most are between 250 MB and 1.5 GB in size. So the content isn't trifling. They are all POV videos (some fixed cameras on tripods for supplementary angles), the guy who does the shooting is a professional photographer, he's not inept. He has a way with women, he doesn't try to make them feel small and really brings out their unforced sexiness. They are relaxed and yet aroused with him. You will know when he brings them to orgasm, he is very good at turning women on. There's little evidence of egotism here, the focus is upon the models almost exclusively---you never ever see the photographer's face, he talks very very little. The girls are free to talk. The download speeds for files is not slow---its comparable to most sites, but you won't be able to download more than 4 or at most 5 at a time.

I joined in July cancelled a few days later, got a email confirming the cancellation from centrobill.com and they rebilled my account for a second month anyway. Looks like the scam billing practices have returned to this otherwise great site.
UPDATE 8/23/13: Thanks to Nicky and the rest of the helpful support staff for addressing the issue so quickly (whatever it may have been). After a rocky start, looks like everything is good-to-go now and I am enjoying some of the best material the internet has to offer.
Joined via epoch for the full year... got my user, pass, member ID and everything instantly via the web and email. It states I should be good to log in immediately.
Unfortunately, I try my user and pass and nothing happens in the login screen. I click the Customer Support link and it just sits endlessly on a "Centro Support" screen without doing anything.
Will update the comment if this gets fixed (really hope it does... a year membership is expensive).
